Abstract
Bu bulus, bitkilerde genetik partenokarpi üretimi için su adimlari içeren, gelismis bir metot saglamaktadir: bitkilerde auksin etkilerinin modülasyonu için örnegin rolB geninin sekanslari gibi bir DNA sekans sifrelenmesi içeren bir kaset ve DNA sekansini kontrol etmek amaciyla, antesis ve turfanda meyve gelisimi arasindaki ovar için spesifik bir kurucu tedarik edilmesi ve kasetin bir bitkinin içine sokulmasi.Tercihen, DNA, bitki materyalinin (çekirdek türevli kotiledon dahil) transformasyonu ve transformasyonu yapilmis bitkilerin rejenerasyonu ile sokulmaktadir.Metot tercihen, istemli veya istemsiz partenokarpik karakteristikler için bitkinin muhafaza edilmesini de içermektedir.
