Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un procédé de fabrication de phosphate bicalcique DCP (monohydrogénophosphate) qualité alimentaire comprenant une attaque par un acide chlorhydrique concentré d'une pulpe de minerai de phosphate en suspension dans l'eau. La réaction d'attaque entre la pulpe de phosphate et l'acide chlorhydrique a lieu dans un réacteur tubulaire avec recirculation dans une cuve agitée maintenue sous dépression. La bouillie d'attaque subit une séparation qui fait intervenir l'ajout d'un floculant. La phase aqueuse obtenue est ensuite traitée pour éliminer les impuretés qu'elle renferme telles que les fluorures et les métaux. En troisième étape, la solution purifiée est neutralisée pour précipiter le phosphate bicalcique (DCP). Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que le résidu issu de la première séparation est traité pour être valorisable dans l'industrie des engrais et en ce que les émissions des gaz issues de l'étape de digestion du minerai de phosphate sont traitées par photoionisation sur charbon actif régénérable.The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of dicalcium phosphate DCP (monohydrogen phosphate) food grade comprising an attack by a concentrated hydrochloric acid of a pulp of phosphate ore in suspension in water. The process is characterized in that the residue from the first separation is treated to be recoverable in the fertilizer industry and in that the gas emissions from the phosphate ore digestion step are treated by photoionization on carbon regenerative asset.
