Closest to the invention is a turbomachine impeller containing blades with an anti-vibration shelf 1 and 2.

However, in this impeller design, the blades are usually made of light titanium alloys having relatively low hardness and wear resistance, and the coating of the contact surfaces of the shelves with plasma spraying with wear-resistant alloys used in their repair reduces the cyclic long-term durability of the shelf material, which reduces the service life.

The aim of the invention is to increase the service life.

When assembling, lining 4 is installed at the joints of the shelves 3, and the blades 2 due to 15 pre-twist during assembly have tension g over the contacting surfaces of the lining 4, which form a rigid bandage. As the life of the impeller 1 is developed, the plates 4 are removed from the anti-vibration shelves 3, and the internal surfaces of the 20 new plates 4 are sandblasted and degreased and placed on the shelves 3 in the same way as the plates 4 are installed when assembling the newly manufactured impeller.
