Разрежение зависит от свойств поверх ности и конфигурации издели  и лежит в пределах 50О - 80ОО мм вод ного столба. На фиг. 1 изображено устройство дл  обработки плоских деталей типа печатных плат; на фиг. 2 - устройство дл  обработки мелких деталей в барабане. Устройство состоит из ванны 1 дл  рабочей жидкости, на которой шарнирно укреплены полые кронштейны 2. На кронштейнах установлены полые профильные планки 3 и щетки 4. Груз 5, установленный на конце кронштейна, позвол ет ему перемещатьс  в определенном направлении до упоров 6, установленных на ванне Кронштейны 2 посредством гибких шлангов 7 св заны с жидкостным сепаратором 8, который подключен к камере разрежени  9. Устройство работает следующим об- разом. После окончани  процесса гальванической или химической обработки, подвеска с детал ми (или барабан) поднимаютс  вверх, причем вместе с ней поднимаютс  планки до тех пор, пока кронштейны 2 не л гут на упоры 6. Щетки стр хивают капли жидкости, оставшейс  на детали, а жидкость уносит с  потоком воздуха. Отделение жидкости от воздуха происходит в сепараторе 8. При соответствующем конструктивном вьшолнении щеток можно удал ть остаток влаги и с профилированных деталей. Устройство позвол ет повысить качество обработки, снизить затраты и уменьшить потери ценнь:х метариалов.
