This is achieved by the fact that the stationary boom section is provided with a guide bush with a brook and a flexible connecting element which is housed in them, and the end hinge of the hydraulic cylinder body is a locking pawl, and the movable boom section has spring-loaded grippers for wedged bushing element that are mounted with the possibility of their automatic shutdown when the section is extended. FIG. 1 shows a manipulator, general view; FIG. 2 shows a telescopic boom, general view, in FIG. 3, section A-A in FIG. 2; FIG. D-section bb in figure 2. The manipulator 1 is mounted on a self-propelled chassis 2 with a locking mechanism 3 ensuring reliable fixation with respect to the rail track 4, and is equipped with a telescopic boom 5 fastened to the arm 6 by means of a hydraulic cylinder lifting the boom 7 and fingers 8. The telescopic boom consists of a fixed section 9 with eyelets 10 for fastening - the hydraulic cylinders of the sliding valve 11 with the help of an axis 12 with a free-mounted locking pawl 13 and a movable section k with grippers .15 mounted on the axles 16 and in contact with the leaf springs 17, and tires 18 for fastening with an extension ram hydraulic cylinder with a finger 19. In the front part of the fixed section 9 having a trough-shaped section, guide sleeve 20 is welded, and along the entire length, guide stream 21 is fixed to accommodate flexible traction element 22, for example circular chain, and the length of the shoulder of the locking paws is set in such a way that it has the ability to deviate from the initial position only in one direction, wedged during the reverse course of the traction element 22. The movable section 14, provided with grooves 23, has the ability to move relative to the fixed section 9 along the 2k guideline coupled with the grooves 23, with the amount of movement and pulling force being directly dependent on the stroke and power characteristics of the expansion cylinder 11. Spring-loaded grippers 15 are mounted with the possibility of their automatic shut-off when the section is extended. The telescopic arm of the underground manipulator operates as follows. Before starting work, the movable section is pulled out to the extreme position before it by the hydraulic cylinder of the sliding valve 11 and through the sleeve 20 manually 4 winds up the flexible traction element 22 in the press (stream 21 and passes between the hooks 13 under the free-mounted locking dog 13. Grips 15 and the stopper the dog 13 is in contact with the upper part of the traction element 22 half lying (. in the guide brook 21, and the movement of the traction element is possible only in one direction - from the guide sleeve 20 to the locking dog 13 wedging the traction elec Step 22 in the directional stream 21 during the return stroke of the movable section N. Using the manipulator 1, the boom 5 is oriented towards the working area and the free end of the traction element 22 is fixed on the delivered equipment 25. When the movable section 14 is pulled in by means of a hydrocylinder 11, spring-loaded The claws 15 wedge the traction element 22 between themselves and move it in the guide brook 21 until the hydraulic cylinder 11 completely selects its course. The idle branch 2b of the traction element 22 moves in the stream 21 due to the mass of the free-hanging segment of the element and the pushing force of the claws 15 of the movable section 14, while the locking pawl 13, turning on the axis 12, passes the traction element 22. The working stroke (retraction) of the movable section 14, the locking pawl 13, under the action of the mass, rotates in the direction opposite to the movement of the traction element 22 during the working stroke, wedging the latter in the guide brook 21 and thus preventing its loosening of tension. To carry out the next working stroke, the movable section 14 is preliminarily pulled out by the hydraulic cylinder of the sliding valve 11, while the locking pawl 13 fixes the traction element 22 relative to the stationary section 9, and the claws 15 are automatically switched off, as freely slide the traction element of the traction element lying in the directional stream 21 22 at the same time occupy the initial position for the subsequent working stroke.
