A pulse modulator is known that contains a power source, a charging circuit consisting of series-connected droplets and a diode, a charge capacitor, a step-up transformer, a generator of trigger pulses, a controlled switch, a shaping line, a load, a submodulator, and a delay element included a thyristor controlled by an ignition generator connected to the generator output and triggered is connected between the generator of the trigger pulses and the submodulator, in series with the primary winding of the surge transformer. A pulse capacitor is connected to the output of the charging circuit and parallel to the primary winding and the thyristor, and the formation line is connected parallel to the secondary winding of the booster transformer p J. The disadvantage of this pulse modulator is its low reliability. Also known is a pulse modulator containing a power source, a charging switch and inductance, a diode, a formation line connected in parallel to a circuit consisting of successively connected loads and a discharge switch connected to the common bus by a cathode, a trigger pulse generator connected via an output through a submodule the torus to the control electrode of the charging switch and, through series-connected delay element and the generator of igniting pulses, to the control electrode of the discharge switch 2 The disadvantage of this modulator is its low reliability. 3 The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. This goal is achieved by the fact that a pulse modulator containing a power source, a charging switch and an inductor, a diode, a formation line connected in parallel to a circuit consisting of sequentially connected loads and a discharge switch connected by a cathode to a common bus, a generator trigger pulses connected by an output through a submodulator to the control electrode of a charging switch and, through a series-connected delay element and an ignition generator, to the control elec- To the product of the discharge switch, the charge diode is introduced. a current sensor and a threshold element, wherein the charging diode is connected by a cathode to the input of the formation line, the anode to the anode of the charging switch, the cathode of which is connected to the negative power supply bus, the diode is connected in the opposite direction parallel to the charging switch, the inductance charging coil is connected between an anode of the charge diode and a common bus, the current sensor is connected between the positive power supply cable and the common bus and its output through the threshold element to the control input of the submodulator. FIG. Figure 1 shows the functionality of a pulse modulator circuit; Fig. 2 shows voltage and current plots at characteristic points of the circuit. The pulse modulator contains a power source 1, to the negative bus some of which is connected to the charging switch 2, to the cathode of the charging switch connected the anode of the diode 3 whose cathode is connected to the combined terminals of the anode of the charging switch 2 and charging inductance coil 4, the second output which is connected to the common bus, to the anode of the charge switch 2 is connected the anode of the charge diode 5, the cathode of which is connected to the input of the formation line 6 connected by an output to the common bus, parallel to the formation line is a circuit. consisting of series-connected load 7 and bit switch B. Through submodule 9, the output of generator 10 for 5 accelerating pulses is connected to the control electrode of charge switch 2, and generator 11 of triggering -1M pulses of starting 10 through successively connected delay element 11 the pulses are connected to the control electrode of the discharge switch 8. Between the positive bus of the power supply source 1 and the common bus, a current sensor 13 is connected, the output of which through the threshold element 14 is connected to the control it is the input of the submodule 9. The pulse modulator operates in the following way. When a triggering pulse (Fig. 2a) is applied to the input of the submodule 9 of the charging switchboard, the latter generates a pulse U rrd „(Fig. 2b). At the time t .., when the charge switch opens with this pulse, a current i j begins to flow through the charge inductance coil 4 {Fig. 2) along the circuit: positive power supply bus, charge switch 2, charge inductance coil 4, negative power supply bus {through the formation line at this time, due to the charging diode, no current flows). B specified circuit current. Grows exponentially. Since the charging coil 4 inductance in a pulse modulator performs the function of an intermediate inductive energy storage, from the point of view of obtaining the highest efficiency of such a storage device, the time of current flow through the latter should be reduced and the linear portion at the beginning of the exponent should be used. In this case, through the induction law of the variation of the current L, depending on the time t, is determined by the expression. Et (1) H - where E is the voltage value of the power source. At the time of switching off the charging switch ii ij, the energy W, stored in the charging inductance is g -2 at the moment when the charging switch is turned on, the current flowing in the charging inductance coil 4 cannot instantly stop. Therefore, the voltage (Fig. 22) on the charging coil 4 of the inductance changes 5 i continues the polarity and current across the circuit: the charging diode 5 and the forming line 6, which is charged at this. The process of charging the line 6 of the formation is completed at the moment of time t, when 0. At the same time, the voltage on the line 6 of the formation reaches Udf (Fig. 2d), and the energy stored in the vessel C, the formation line, is equal to - Ф Xd) S0 2 is the total capacitance of the line of formations consisting of the pins. Without taking into account the losses in the chain of charge, the formation lines must fulfill the condition from which, taking into account expression (1), we have 17-. -L Lf 1 S Lf Usf (2) it follows that ef From the expression - or something. 1 that is always feasible, then, for example, an imbalance on line 6 of the formation always exceeds the voltage E of the power supply source I and this condition is the basis of the operation of the pulse modulator. At the moment of termination of the charge of the line 6 of formation, the voltage on the latter is detected by the charge diode 5, and the energy stored in the parasitic capacitances of the circuit (the capacitance between the anode of the second diode and the common bus of the modulator, the interturn capacity of the inductance coil, etc. .) causes an oscillatory process in the circuit formed by the parasitic capacitances and charge inductance. Therefore, at the time (time t, the voltage U (Fig. 2d) on the inductance of the charging coil 4: Again changes polarity, and as soon as this voltage exceeds the level E of the power supply, immediately a current flows through diode 3 and the energy stored in the parasitic capacitances of the circuit returns to the power source. This terminates the charge line formation process. X end of this voltage process and the currents in the circuit elements of the pulse modulator are zero, and the voltage on the formation line 6 equals L) df. 05 At the time t, the control electrode of the discharge switch 8 from the output of the generator 12 of firing pulses receives a delayed t by a delay element t 11, a pulse and (Fig. 29), the formation line 6 is discharged and an output is formed at the load 7 of the modulator impulse and (Fig. 2L. Use of a modulator in an impulse & gnome for charging the formation line of an intermediate inductive storage device distinguishes this modulator from the circuit of a known modulator, because the number of elements in the charge line formation circuit is minimized and in percent Only three elements — the charge switch, the charge inductor and the second diode — are involved in its charge. The consequence of a decrease in the number of elements in the charge circuit of the forming line, as well as the replacement of a step-up transformer containing two windings, with an inductor with one winding, is The modulator is more reliable than the circuit of the known device. In addition, the power consumption of an inductive storage device per unit volume is much larger than that of the capacitive one, which makes it possible to reduce the dimensions modulator of the torus. The operation of a pulse modulator in accordance with Expression 2 is based on the stabilization of a voltage level from a pulse to a pulse and on the formation line by stabilizing the magnitude of the current l in the charging inductance coil 4 at the moment of switching off the charging switch 2. This condition is in accordance with the formula 1) it is always satisfied if the time t of current flowing through the inductor charging coil 4 changes in inverse proportion to the change in the level of the output voltage E of the power supply 1.. When reaching in charge katush-. The inductance ke 4 of a specified current value measured by the current sensor 13 of the threshold element 14, the output signal of the threshold element 14, is fed to the control input of the submodule 9 of the given switch, the latter is forcibly turned off. At the voltage level of the source E (Fig. 2d), the current c of Fig. 2; 1, the power supply 1 through inter-values reaches

) остаетс  без изменени .the shaft is in the form of L, which determines the duration of the output pulse of the submodulator 9 of the charging switch 2. At the time tt, the voltage of the power supply 1 rises to value E.,. Therefore, the current in the inductance charge coil A reaches the value ii, i / f in a smaller time interval T,. In this case, the voltage on the line about the formation, in both the first and second cases, is the same and equal to, f (fig. 25) and, accordingly, the amplitude of the output pulses and c. (Fig.) remains unchanged.

Возможностью регулировки амплитуды импульса на нагрузке в столь широких пределах не обладает ни один из известных модул торов. j Примен емый в схеме модул тора датчик тока - трансформатор тока или просто резистор, с целью уменьшени  потерь энергии должен иметь как можно меньшее активное сопротивление вследствие чего в этом модул торе вли ние окружаюшей среды и наводок на точность стабилизации сведено к минимуму.t This pulse modulator circuit, in contrast to the known ones, is characterized by stabilization of the amplitudes of the pulses at the modulator output by changing the charging time of the intermediate inductive storage device. In the considered pulse modulator circuit, the number of elements providing stabilization (current sensor and threshold element) is minimized, and none of the elements of the stabilization circuit is under high voltage level and for this reason does not reduce the modulator reliability. In the proposed modulator, along with the stabilization of the amplitudes of the pulses at the load of the modulator, they can be adjusted from zero to the nominal value by introducing an adjustment of the output pulse duration into the submodule of the charging switch. The ability to adjust the amplitude of the pulse on the load in such a wide range does not have any of the known modulators. j The current sensor used in the modulator circuit — a current transformer or simply a resistor — in order to reduce energy losses should have the least possible resistance, as a result of which in this modulator the influence of the environment and interference on the stabilization accuracy is minimized.
