The invention relates to medical technology, namely, devices for carrying out osteosynthesis, and can be used for the treatment of fractures of the clavicle, the lower part of the periconeum and other localizations.

A device for fixing bone fragments is known, which contains a raskornny screw with a spring and a nut and threaded pins 1 associated with it.

However, the design of the known device does not allow uniform distribution of the compressive force over the entire fracture area. In this case, the compressive force is tested only by that part of the fracture plane that faces the device. When increasing the compression may even occur angular curvature of fragments with an angle open in the direction of the device.

The aim of the invention is to ensure uniform distribution of compressive force over the entire fracture area of the bone.

The goal is achieved in that a device for fixing bone fragments containing a spacer screw with a spring and

the nut and the associated threaded bolts are provided with threaded brackets with right and left threads and a connecting sleeve, the brackets are mounted on threaded pins, one of which is made at the end with a threaded hole, and the other with a spherical recess in which the spacer screw is located.

In this case, the threaded bolts are made with wedge-shaped notches.

  1. 20, the system consists of 3 component parts: two threaded brackets 6 and a connecting sleeve 7. On the mating part of one screw bracket there is a left-handed 38 thread, on the other - the right. Thus, rotation of the sleeve 7 in one direction leads to the approach of the screw brackets 6, and i rotation in the other direction leads to their divergence. At the head ends of the brackets there are holes 8 with a diameter exceeding the diameter of the support pins. The support pins 1 and 2 are made of resilient stainless steel and, for tight connection with bone, contain a screw thread at the ends. At the other, head end, support pin 2 has an opening 9 threaded with a compression screw 3, and support pin 1 has an axial thrust recess 10. On the outer surface in the middle third of each bearing pin are wedge-shaped notches, and the spacer screw is equipped with a nut 11. The device is used as follows. Support shtyri 1 and 2 are screwed into the bone alternately. On the protruding part of the support pins set the adjusting anti-lock lever system. Rotation of the spacer screw 3 achieves the necessary compressive force on the fragments of 12 bones. In addition, the action of the screw 3 is spring-loaded with a compressed steel spring 4. Compression of the spring is carried out by rotating the nut 11. The uniform distribution of the compressive force over the entire fracture area is governed by this anti-lock lever system — wedge-shaped notches are applied to the support pins x 1 and 2. The use of the proposed device ensures close contact of the fragments over the entire fracture surface, which provides optimal conditions for the reparative processes in the bone wound and a reduction in the treatment time.
