In addition, the device can be used to measure the non-linearity of the restructuring law Frequency controlled FM generators. Known from the main auth. No. 432405 a device for measuring the rate of change of frequency deviation containing a mixer, line delays, amplifier, balanced mixer, tunable generator, frequency detector, crystal oscillator, volt DC meter, the mixer is directly connected by one input and the second through linsho of the device connected to the input of the device, the output of the named mixer is loaded on series-connected amplifier, balanced mixer , a frequency detector and a DC voltmeter, the tunable local oscillator output being connected to one of the balanced mixer inputs, and connect the output of the quartz oscillator to the clock input otnogo detector C. I. The drawback of the device is the insufficient accuracy of measuring the rate of change of deviachdai and the linearity of frequency tuning due to the impossibility of clearly fixing on the oslograph of the necessary points of the modulation characteristic obtained by frequency detection of the total beat signal. The purpose of the invention is to show the accuracy of measuring the rate of change of frequency deviation. This goal is achieved by the fact that a key is inserted into the device for measuring the rate of change of the deviation of the frequency, connected between the output of the frequency detector and the signal return pulse train. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of the device; in fig. 2 - signal plots explaining the operation of the device. The device for measuring the rate of change of the frequency deviation comprises a mixer, a delay unit 2, an intermediate frequency amplifier 3, a balanced mixer 4, a tunable generator 5, a frequency detector 6, a quartz generator 7, a DC voltmeter 8, an indicator 9, and a key 0. measuring the rate of change of frequency deviation works as follows. The input of the devices receives a signal from controlled frequency-modulated oscillators, the frequency of which can be changed, for example, according to a sawtooth periodic law (Fig. 2a) with different rate of change of frequency. I The forward and delayed FM signals, reproducing in mixer 1, form the beat output signal (Fig. 2b), which, after amplification and some filtering, goes to the first input of the balanced mixer 4, to the second input of which the output signal is tunable Generator 5. The total signal (Fig. 26) can be represented as a sum of two radio signals, one of which with a duration determined by the forward running period of the modulating function and the filling frequency is proportional to the rate of change of the frequency deviation, and the second of which with a constant duration determined by the duration of the reverse stroke with a frequency of reflex determined by the rate of change of frequency during the reverse run of the modulation signal. Due to the unambiguous connection between the oscillations U (t) (Fig. 26) and the spectrum G (the latter consists of constituents formed by two radio signals (Fig. 2c), and the spectrum width of the interfering signal is much larger than the width of the signal spectrum, With a sufficiently wide band of the beating signal amplifier, determined by the range of measured values of the change in the rate of frequency deviation, a part of the components of the broadband non-working signal is included in the passband, makes changes in the signal structure. The design distorts the modulation characteristic, increasing the measurement error, which has a greater effect at the upper values of the measured values. The oscillogram of the modulation characteristic obtained on the oscilloscope screen (Fig. 2d) is unclear due to the presence of a parasitic signal due to reverse, and it is difficult fix which point of the modulation characteristic at the beginning and end of the working signal packet to align with the zero line of the oscilloscope to determine the rate of change in the deviation in the matching sought point. In the balanced mixer 4, the spectrum of the beat signal is transferred to the frequencies of the tunable oscillator in order to measure the tuning characteristics at any point of the frequency variation. From the output of the balanced mixer, a lower side signal is used, the average frequency of which is determined by the expression f pg the current local oscillator frequency; beat input signal; difference frequency. The signal from the output of the balanced mixer is detected by a frequency detector (the frequency modulation of the signal in the working packet is due to the non-linearity of the modulation law), on the load of which the FM envelope is detected. By tuning the tunable oscillator 5, the transferred spectrum is shifted over the frequency range, while the spectrum is aligned with the frequency aperture of the detector until its output voltage is set to zero, measured by a DC 8 meter, with a scale with zero in the middle. At the zero position at the output of the frequency detector 6, the average rate of change of the frequency deviation is counted, expressed by the formula with fnr - 1pc Wed.- g frequency of the tunable oscillator at the moment of counting; tchd is the average frequency of the spectrum co-located with the frequency fcd of the frequency detector 6. To measure the rate of change of the frequency deviation at any point in the frequency range, an open-access oscilloscope is used, on which screen a relatively zero line is observed the modulation characteristic of the FM frequency signal detected (FIG. 2d) .. To eliminate the idle signal, introducing measurement errors of the modulation characteristic and clearly determining any current modulation characteristic. At the beginning and end of the working signal packet, the key 10 is used, which at the control input at the moments of the return strokes of the control voltage is synchronized by the signal (Fig. 2e), which excludes spurious signals from the modulation characteristic (short-circuits them to the body, ensures any points of the modulation characteristic V of Fig. 2e) at the junction of the working and non-working signal packet and thereby increase the measurement accuracy, slope and nonlinearity at any point of the deviation measurement range. The key can also be turned on, for example, to the output of the IFP 3 or the input of a tunable generator 5, and the effect is approximately the same. Changing the oscillator frequency 5 and combining any point of the modulation characteristic with the zero line of the oscilloscope, determine the rate of change of the frequency deviation at any point according to form - where f- .. is the frequency of the local oscillator at the moment of matching the desired point of the modulation characteristic with zero line oscilloscope; f md the frequency of the setup of BH. The nonlinearity of the frequency tuning is determined by the expression The crystal oscillator in the device serves to calibrate the frequency detector 6 with a stable frequency, which reduces the measurement error of the device, since the BH setting is checked at the quartz frequency. The proposed device allows an increase in the accuracy of measurements of the rate of change in frequency deviation, and consequently, the nonlinearity of the law of change in deviation, by eliminating the interfering signal from the modulation characteristic. The device makes it possible to more clearly determine the necessary points of the modulation characteristic that characterize the rate of change of the deviation and the nonlinearity of the rate of change of the frequency deviation at the beginning and end of the work packets of the signal, i.e. the desired points formed at the joints of the working periods of the signals and signals formed during the reverse paths of the modulating signals of the FM generator.
