(54) ВОЗДУХООЧИСТИТЬЛЬ(54) AIR CLEANING

Изобретение относитс  к двитателестроению, а именно, к устройствам дл  очистки воздуха двигателей внутреннего сгорани . Известны воздухоочислители дл  двигателей внутреннего сгорани , содержащие корпус с входным и выходным патрубками, фильтрующи элемент и упругую уплотнительную прокладку, размещенную между корпусом и торцом фильтрующего злемента 1. Недостатком известноговоздухоочистител   вл етс  возможность попадани  пь1ли во впуск ной тракт двигател  при сн том фильтрующем элементе, например, при техническом обслуживании воздухоочистител . Цель изобретени  - предотвращение попадани  пыли во впускной тракт двигател  при техническом обслуживании воздухоочистител . Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в возду хоочистителе, содержащем корпус с входным и выходным патрубками, фильтрующий элемент и упругую уплотнительную прокладку, размещенную между корпусом и торном фильтрующего :шемента, на торце последнего выполнен ко.чыивой выступ, концентричный выходному патрубку, а уплотиитсльиа  прокладка выполнена в виде круга, периферийна  часть которого прикреплена к корпусу, а центральна  снаОжена радиальными прбрез ми, образующими секторы, и последние отогнуты, в полость выходного патрубка и размещены между его стенками и кольцевым выступом. На фиг. 1 изображен воздухоочиститель в разрезе; на фиг. 2 - часть воздухоочистител  со сн тым фильтрующим элементом; на фиг.З вид А на фиг. 2. Воздухоочиститель содержит корпус I, входной патрубок 2 , выходной патрубок 3 упругую уплотнительную прокладку 4, фильтрующий элемент 5 с концентричным кольцевым выступом 6 и крышку 7. Центральна  часть уплотнительной прокладки 4 снабжена радиальными прорез ми 8, образующими секторы 9. Воздухоочиститель работает следующим образом . Всасываемый двигателем воздух через входной патрубок 2 попадает на фильтрующий элемент 5, очищаетс  и через выходной патру3 Гкж .1 поступает во впускн(й тракт двигател  (не показан). В рабочем состо нии воздухоочистител  выступ 6 фильтрующего элемента 5 размешен в полости выходного патрубка 3, при этхэм секторы 9 уплотнительной прокладки 4 также отогнуты в пол(м;ть выходного патрубка 3 и размешены между его стенками и кольцевым выступом 6, обеспечива , таким образом, уплотнение между корпусом 1 и фильтрующим элементом 5. При техническом обслуживании воздухоочистител , когда фильтрующий элемент 5 удален из корпуса 1, секторы 9 уплотнительной прокладки 4, выпр мл  сь, возвращаютс  первоначальное положение и перекрывают доступ воздуха в выходной патрубок 3, воздухоочиститель и, соответственно, во впускной трак двигател , предотвраща  таким образом, попа дание пыли во впускной тракт двигател .The invention relates to a twin-piece construction, namely, to devices for cleaning air from internal combustion engines. The air cleaner comprises a housing I, an inlet nozzle 2, an outlet nozzle 3, an elastic sealing gasket 4, a filter element 5 with a concentric annular protrusion 6 and a cover 7. The central part of the gasket 4 is provided with radial slots 8 forming sectors 9. The air cleaner works as follows . The air sucked in by the engine through the inlet 2 enters the filter element 5, is cleaned and through the outlet patrol 3 Gkzh. in ethem, the sectors 9 of the gasket 4 are also bent into the floor (m; be of the outlet nozzle 3 and are placed between its walls and the annular protrusion 6, thus providing a seal between the housing 1 and the filter element 5.
