The invention relates to a high voltage technique and can be used, for example, by removing charge from electric energy storage devices in places with increased intrinsic safety requirements. Dischargers for removing electrical charges from high voltage equipment after disconnecting a high voltage source are known that contain a working part, for example, a grounded metal tip, an insulating part and a handle l. The disadvantage of these dischargers is the danger of significant spark formation during discharge. Closest to the proposed by technical dryness is the discharge rod containing the handle, the insulating part and the tip of the semi-conducting / maternal with grounding unit 2J. However, the pan rod does not exclude the closure of the missing part of the tip until the object is completely discharged and does not ensure reliable contact of the grounding unit with the conductor grounded. The invention is an increase in the intrinsic safety and reliability of grounding after applying a discharge rod to an earthed conductor. This goal is achieved by the fact that the discharge of the rod containing the handle from (the linear part and the tip of a semiconductor material with a grounding node is provided with a dielectric bar mounted on the insulating part with the possibility of moving the working end of the bar in the plane passing through the axis of the shaft, and a spring device for returning the working arm of the strip to its initial position, and the grounding assembly is made with a groove for fixing the grounded conductor, and in working position, the said working end of the bar is located at the working end of the tip and forms with it an acute angle. The drawing schematically shows the proposed device.
The boom consists of the handle I, the thermolunner part 2, and the latch 3 of the nylon seal. Interstage HaoJWpyKmteft part and the tip introduced a grounded metal rod 4, which has a groove for fixing the ground wire of the 7 by means of a dielectric strip 5, spring loaded in and fixed to the insulating part.
The device works as follows.
If it is necessary to remove the charge from the conductor 7, the rod carries a hook to it, so that the conductor goes across the gap between the tip and the bar. When a conductor is in contact with a tip, an electrical discharge arises, the current of which is limited by the resistance of the semiconductor rod 3, which is maximum at the initial moment. In the process of transferring the grounded conductor 7 to the grounded part of the tip, the resistance of the semiconducting rod decreases to zero, while the clamping bar 5 eliminates the formation of electrical discharges during discharge and reliably fixes the conductor in the groove of the rod 4 after being fully grounded5 and
улучшает гигиену труда, а также может использоватьс дл временного наложени заземлени .Thus, the proposed bar significantly reduces sparking, i.e. enhances intrinsic safety by eliminating the contact of an uninterrupted current lead with a grounding knot. Making a groove in the metal part of the nozzle for fixing a grounded conductor by means of a spring-loaded dielectric bar allows for increased reliability of the electrical contact after applying the rod to the grounded conductor. In addition, the boom can be used to remove residual charge (and from electrical energy storage devices, especially in explosive flammable rooms, improves occupational health, and can also be used for temporary grounding.
