(54) MOMENT HYDROCILINDER
13The invention relates to hydraulic actuators, in particular, to volumetric hydraulic motors with reciprocating relative to the body movement of the working body. According to the main author. St. 450905 a torque cylinder is known, which contains a separator and a rotary blade associated with the rotor, and for unloading the rotor the blade is made in a sector compacted in the cylinder of a sector, on the surface of which there are pockets, each of which is connected to the working cavity by a through radial kangsh, fixed stationary divider when turning the rotor G 1} The disadvantage of the known torque cylinder is the insufficient degree of unloading of the rotor in its final positions. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the unloading of the rotor in its final positions. This goal is achieved by the fact that on the inner surface of the housing against the final rotor positions there are counter pockets for connecting the adjacent rotor channels. The drawing shows the torque cylinder. The momentary hydraulic cylinder comprises a housing 1 with a separator 2 and a rotor 3 with a blade 4. A separator 2 and a blade 4 divide the housing 1 into two working cavities 5 and 6. On the surface of the blade 4 there are pockets 7–9, insulated from each other by jumpers 10 and 11 and communicating with cavities 5 and 6 through channels 12-14. From-- Versions 15 and 16 in the housing 1 serve to supply (discharge) the working fluid to the working cavities 5 and 6. On the inner surface 17 of the housing 1 against the end positions of the rotor 3, two counter bars 18 and 19 are made. The counter pocket 18 connects pockets 7 and 8 At the end rotation of the rotor 3, and the counter pocket 19 connects the pockets 8 and 9 of the rotor 3 at the end of its return stroke. The torque cylinder operates in the following manner. When the working pressure is supplied to the cavity 5, the rotor 3 with the blade 4 is turned clockwise. The reduction in unbalanced radial force is facilitated by the flow of working pressure through channels 12 and 13
