(54) METHOD OF CARRYING OUT VESSELS UNDER THE BRIDGES
1one
The invention relates to the field of water transport, in particular to methods of escorting ships under bridges.
балластные емкости и шлюзовые ворота , две одинаковые секции, при этом шлюзовые ворота смонтированы в обеих оконечност х каждой секции р.} .A ship gateway is known for posting ships under bridges, containing an airborne 5 ballast tank and a lock gate, two identical sections, with the lock gate being mounted in both extremities of each section of the river}.
The lack of a sluice ship concludes 10 seconds in that it is a complex hydraulic structure. The length of the device must be at least 2.5-3 of the length of the largest vessel. Accordingly, a significant amount of hydro-5 technical and construction work. A large amount of water must be pumped out to guide ships, necessitating the use of pumps.
Device 20 can be used only in one place of the water area.
Наиболее близким техническим решением вл етс способ проводки судов под мостами с помощью надводной каме-25 ры, снабженной балластными отсеками, заполн екыми водой, по которому заполн ют камеру водой до уровн акватории , открывают батопорт, завод т судно в камеру, закрывают батопорт, за- 30The closest technical solution is the method of escorting ships under bridges using a surface chamber 25, equipped with ballast compartments, filled with water and filled the chamber with water up to the level of the water area, the bataport is opened, the ship is closed into the chamber, - thirty
полн ют балластные отсеки камеры водой , провод т камеру под мостом, осушают балластные отсеки до всплыти камеры в первоначальное положение, открывают батопорт и выводит судно р .The chamber’s ballast compartments are filled with water, the camera is guided under the bridge, the ballast compartments are drained until the chambers ascend to their original position, open the boat port and lead the vessel off.
The disadvantages of this method are the large time spent on pumping water from the chamber to the side compartments, the floating sluice and the difficulty of fixing the vessel in the floating chamber

камере,the camera,
The aim of the invention is to reduce the surface vertical dimension of the vessel being conducted relative to the water level.
The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the proposed method, after the vessel is loaded into the chamber, the ballast compartments of the chamber are filled with water from behind the board, and after posting the ballast compartments are drained overboard.
FIG. 1 shows the vessel in front of the bridge; in fig. 2 - a vessel prepared for pilotage under the bridge; in fig. 3 - ship after laying under the bridge; in fig. 4 - vessel prepared for access to the water; in FIG. 5, section A-A in FIG. 3. The floating dock 1 of the double-deck structure contains the right 2 and left 3 bataports fixed on hinges 4 and hermetically closing the dock mechanism for lowering and lifting the batho ports 5, ballast compartments and systems for receiving and pumping ballast 6, and securing the vessel in the dock made of elastic shells. The power installation may be autonomous or have power supply from the coastal network. The movement of the dock can be carried out by means of propellers or the root system. Bridge 8 rises above water level 9, vessel 10 is at the dock, the level of which is equal to the water level in the reservoir. In order to guide the ship under the bridge, in the case when the height of the ship is greater than the clearance size, the dock 1 is located in front of the bridge and submerged in the water so that the dock berth is below the main line of the vessel. Mechanism 5 opens the right-hand batport and vessel 10 is introduced into dock 1. Bataport 2 closes, compressed air is supplied to pneumatic compensators 7, with which the vessel is fixed in the dock. With the reception of the vessel, into the compartments due to the side of the dock, together with the vessel, it is submerged to the required depth, forming a passage under the bridge. At the same time, the water level in dock 1 will be lower than the water level in the reservoir. If necessary, a passage to the bottom of the reservoir can be made to pass under the bridge.
