The invention relates to the manufacture of abrasive diamond tools, in particular abrasive belts and skins. A device for making abrasive belts is known. a tape mechanism containing guides and pressure rollers and a glue applicator made in the form of a shaped rod, protrusions 1 are made on the peripheral surface. A disadvantage of the known device is the small thickness of the glue layer applied to the tape surface due to the fact that the mixture is transferred to the substrate occurs from the protrusions of the elastic shaped cylinder, and a large amount of the mixture cannot be held on the protrusion. In addition, the proposed device cannot be used to make coarse-grained skins. The aim of the invention is to improve the cutting properties of abrasive legs by expanding the thickness range of adhesive prints. For this purpose, trapezoid-shaped grooves are made on the plate cylinder, the sides of which are inclined towards the smaller base at an IIO-ISO angle, and on the smaller plate trapezoid base, grooves are applied, the height of which is 1-0-5% of the groove depth. The use of the proposed installation provides, in a wide range of adhesive fingerprints, their high precision of thicknesses, the ability to reproduce any grain placement programs during a quick changeover from one type of program to another, increases the effectiveness of grinding when processing casting materials, provides savings of abrasive material and glue due to create a non-abrasive gap on the tape.
