4. Devices are known where the random process is classified by the amplitude coefficients and the shape of the random process associated with its peak, effective, and average values. However, the estimation of the type of the distribution law with respect to the coefficients is of low accuracy, speed and in the general case is preliminary, requiring additional measurements and refinements 1. Devices are known for evaluating a distribution function, comprising a statistical analyzer, an adder, a relay element, a generator, a storage unit, a switch, a storage unit of theoretical distribution functions, a control unit, a comparison circuit, a multiplication unit, the first and second functional converters, a selector unit and indicator 2. Known devices. The hypotheses hypothesis testing process on the consistency of theoretical and statistical distributions based on Kolmotoron criteria. However, they have insufficient speed due to enumeration of many theoretical distribution functions, the values of which are stored in the memory block, taking into account M various combinations of the parameters of the distribution laws, as well as complicated hardware solution, which requires the use of a memory block of theoretical distribution functions storing the values of the set of distribution laws with a М M parameter of the same functions for different combinations of the numerical values of the parameters of these distribution laws and the switch. The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed and simplify the device. This goal is achieved by adding a second multiplier, a subtractor, a coefficient setting unit, a counter, and an amplifier to the device for evaluating the distribution function. The amplifier input is connected to the signal under study 1LOM, and the output is connected to the input of the statistical analyzer. One ton of the outputs of the statistical analyzer is connected to the first input of the second multiplier, and the other output is connected to the input of the counter. The output of the counter is connected to the cd inputs of the subtractor and the decoder, the other input of which is connected to the output of the indicator. The output of the decoder is connected to the second input of the second multiplier, the output of which is connected to another input of the subtractor, the output of which is connected to the input of the first multiplier. The drawing shows the block diagram of the device. The device consists of an amplifier 1, to the input of which the signal under study is fed. From the output of amplifier 1, the signal is fed to the input of the analyzer 2, the outputs of which are, moreover, connected to the inputs of counter 3, the second intelligent inhabitant 4, and the first functional one. converter 5. The outputs of counter 3 are connected to the inputs of the converter 6 connected to the output of the second multiplier 4, and to the input of the coefficient setting unit 7 connected to the input of the second multiplier 4, the output of the subtractor 6 is connected to the input of the first multiplier 8, the other input of which connected to the output of the first functional converter 5. The output of the first multiplier 8 is connected to the input of the second functional converter 9, the output of which is connected to the input of the selector 10. The output of the selector 10 is connected to the input of the indicator 11, the output of which o is connected to the input of the block 7 for assigning coefficients The device works as follows. The input signal under study x (t), normalized and centered by amplifier 1, is fed to the input of analyzer 2, which measures a number of normalized ordinates of the integral distribution function. Each Measured ordinate of the distribution function includes the corresponding value of the model distribution function with the uniform law F (x) specified by the counter 3. In addition, the values of the model distribution function from counter 3 include, depending on the expected measured distribution law defined by the indicator 11, the corresponding values the coefficients in block 7 specify the coefficients that are fed to the input of the second multiplier 4. Including the coefficients in block 7 backwards the coefficients corresponding to the law under study the distribution, is controlled by the indicator 11. The values of the ordinates of the distribution in the second multiplier 4 measured by the analyzer 2 are multiplied by the coefficient specified by the unit 7 for specifying the coefficients. These operations bring the measured distribution function to a uniform distribution law () (formed by the counter 3). The magnitude of the modulus of difference D between the model distribution function and the measured one multiplied by a predetermined coefficient determines in the subtractor 6 the current measure of the difference between the component distributions (maximum modulus of the difference) T) -mox | F () - F (x) Current value the modulus of the difference G enters the first multiplier 8, where it is multiplied by an amount proportional to the square root of the number of statistical distribution events, calculated by analyzer 2. The value n of the number of statistical distribution events is formed first functional converter 5 in size / TG. From the output of the first multiplier 8, the values of AT are formed which, after the second functional conversion by block 9, correspond to the values of the Kolmogorov criterion,. P (, 1NL (The calculated values of P (L) are fed to the input of the selector 10, in which the values of P (L) are selected and printed for printing for each block selected by block 7 to set the coefficients of the expected approximation coefficient of the measured distribution function to a uniform one. Indicator 11 records the values of the fruit P (/) for each value of the distribution function under investigation. For each expected distribution law, the approximation coefficients are formed by the coefficient setting unit 7, which is turned on by the indicator 11. This is necessary for the best approximation to one of the theoretical laws of distribution. One meter 3, which implements a discrete uniform distribution, is used as an exemplary measure only when using amplifier 1, normalizing to the centering input signal x (t). After analyzing the approximation measure measured by the analyzer 2 laws the distribution of the input signal to the intended distribution law, the maximum values. P (L) are remembered by the indicator P. In the case of the difference of the measured distribution law nor from the supposed more given

В противном случае классификаци измеренного закона распределени заканчиваетс .the values of the indicator AND switches the block 7 setting the coefficients to the implementation of the next group of coefficients corresponding to another distribution law. Otherwise, the classification of the measured distribution law ends.
