Description
The invention relates to methods for producing calcium carbonate and can be used in the chemical industry, in general, in the manufacture of chemical reagents. A known method for producing carbohydrate by-carbonation by treating a distillate soda liquid produced by sodium carbonate in the presence of sodium bicarbonate at a plasticine, followed by separating the precipitate by filtering it and drying it. entails the need for long-term washing of the sediment and, accordingly, water consumption. The aim of the invention is to reduce the content of chlorides in the product. This is achieved by the proposed method of obtaining calcium carbonate by treating distiller soda liquor production, in which paste is previously introduced, based on sodium alkyl monosulfonate (gonat), sodium carbonate solution in 1 in the presence of sodium bicarbonate by heating, followed by separation of the precipitate by filtration, washing and drying . The difference between the proposed method and the known one is that a paste based on sodium alkyl monosulfonate of the general formula CnHj j jSO3Na, is introduced into the distillation liquid of the soda production. where p 12-17, in the amount of 0.005-0.05 wt.%. The paste has the following composition (in% in terms of dry substance) Sodium alkyl monosulfonate 92.0 - 98) Unreacted acids 0.2 - 03 Sodium chloride 1.0 - 6.0 Sodium sulfate03 - 1.0 Sodium hydroxide 0.005 - 0.1 Iron0, 001-0.0 (M The proposed method allows reducing the chloride impurity content in the product by a factor of 3-5. The method is carried out as follows. Distiller soda production liquid containing 0.005-0.05% by weight of paste on sodium alkyl monosulfoiate soda, Mechanical mixing is treated with sodium carbonate solution in the presence of bicarbon that of sodium at 30 ° C for 20 min.
The resulting suspension is filtered, washed from chlorides with condensate and dried.
