Description

A known installation for welding flanges into spherical bottoms, comprising a base on which a column with a folding console and a rotatable welding head is mounted, as well as a backing-shaped lining of a rotary plate mounted on the basis of a support with a carrier 1. However, such an installation does not provide the required welding quality, so how the contact of the weld-forming liner with the weld root is insufficient. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of welding by improving the contact of the shock-forming pad with the root of the weld. The goal is achieved in that in the supports for the change of the angle of inclination of the rotary plate, a drive-out sliding shaft is installed with a seat under the aforementioned shore-forming lining. The proposed installation for welding flanges into spherical bottoms comprises a column 1 with a folding console 2 and a welding head 3 fixed on it. In case 4, an inclination mechanism 5 with an electric motor 6 is mounted. On the supports 7 there are fixed gears 8, axes 9 of rotation, a support 10 and a sliding shaft 11, extended by a worm gear pair 12. Pneumatic cylinders 13 lock the slide shaft 11 in vertical and horizontal positions. The worm pair 12 is driven from the handwheel 14, the frame 15 is fixed to the base gears x-8 with supporting rollers 16 on which the swivel plate 17 is fixed, which is the base for installing the bottoms. The plate 17 is fixed by the pins 18 through the holes in it. The pins 18 are included in the brackets 19. The support rollers 16 are fixed on the supports 20 and on the supporting bars 21. The control panel 22 of the control is fixed on the housing 4. On the base gear 8 there are fixed replaceable plates 23 with holes that are made through the crutch 24 fixing the required angle of inclination of the frame 15 with the rotary plate 17 in the working position for bore holes for flanges or for welding the flanges into the spherical bottom. The guides 25 serve to move the column 26 with the brush head 27..
The installation contains a strip-forming lining 28 with a flange locking latch 29, which are mounted and fixed on the slide shaft 11 of the relatively welded product, as well as the inner pressure ring 30 and the outer pressure ring 31
The inner clamping ring 30 presses the flange to the shock-forming pinstock 28 of the central shaft of the welding head 3 through the flange clamp 29.,
The outer pressure ring 31 is attached to the body of the welding head 3 and presses the edges of the product to be welded.
The operation of the proposed installation is carried out as follows.
The tilting console 2 with the welding head 3 mounted on column 1 is retracted to the side, freeing up space above the pivot plate 17. A spherical bottom is installed on the pivot plate 17.
When installing the bottom on the rotary plate 17, the conventional axles of the bottom are aligned with the axis of the rotary plate 17. Then the rotary plate 17 with the bottom is deployed on the support rollers 16 in such a way that the axis of the flange rises in the plane of the axis of the welding head Zin plane of the axis of the boring head 27.
The accuracy of the turn of the bottom is determined and fixed by the holes on the plate 17 by pin 18 in the bracket 19, after which the tilt mechanism 5 sets in motion the base gears 8, on which the frame 15 and the turn plate 17 with the bottom are fixed. Then, the spherical bottom is tilted towards the boring head 27 to match the future axis of the hole for a specific flange with the axis of rotation of the boring head 27. The installation accuracy is determined and fixed by the holes of the interchangeable plates 23 through the hole of the bracket 24.
The boring head 27, mounted on the column 26, is fed towards the sphere bottom along the guides 25, and cuts the holes in the bottom for the flange, after which the boring head 27 is retracted to its original position, and the tilt mechanism 5 returns to its original position the spherical bottom. The pin 18 is removed from the opening of the rotary plate 17, and the rotary plate 17 rotates 180 °, the axis of the flange opening is shifted to the left of the axis of the welding head 3 and the rotary plate 17 is again fixed by pin 18 to the support 19. The tilting mechanism 5 rotates the base gear 8 and tilts the spherical bottom to align the axis of the flange with the axis of the welding head 3, the installation accuracy and fixing is performed again on the interchangeable plates 23 through the bracket 24.
The sliding shaft 11 installs ;: a weld-forming lining 28 under the welding seam of a flange with a spherical bottom and flange locking device 29. A screw pair 12 extends the shaft 11 with a flange locking clamp 29 and a shocking lining into the working position. The flange is threaded into the hole of the spherical bottom and secured by means of a pressure ring 30. The console 2 with the welding head 3 returns to the working position. The welding head 3 is lowered to the bottom and welding is performed. At the end of the first flange welding, all subsequent flanges are welded in this order. The insertion shaft 11 can be fixed by the cylinders 13 both vertically and horizontally.
In the horizontal position, the shaft can be used to stop the thin sides of the bottoms when cutting the hole. The boring head 27 can be used to remove process allowances from the flange seats after welding with increased demands on the accuracy of the seats and their relative positioning, while repeating All operations are the same as when cutting holes for flanges.
The use of the proposed device in comparison with the known one will allow reducing the amount of equipment and devices for processing, freeing up production areas, reducing the time for transporting the product from the machine to the machine, increasing labor productivity and quality of welding products.
