The closest to the invention in its technical essence is the composition of the soil, including re-hydrol BA-133, which is a male-aerated interaction product of a mixture of linseed and dehydrated castor oil, glycerin, and kanapoli with. addition of irnol, organic solvent, triatilamine, pigment and water l. However, the known soil is used with only for priming steel from Delia. But so far it was not possible to obtain transparent lacquer films of residrol on aluminum by the method of electrodeposition. The application of such coatings encounters considerable difficulties due to the poor quality of the film obtained from the films (swellings, smudges, unevenness in thickness, etc.). The aim of the invention is to obtain electrodeposited coatings on products made from aluminum and its alloy. This goal is achieved by the fact that the COMPOSITION for the coating of products by the method of electro-dropping, including resydrol, is a maleated product of the interaction of a mixture of flax and dehydrated castor oil, glycerol with the addition of onol, an organic solvent, triztilamine and water, additionally containing 50% % butanolized melamine formaldehyde resin, pentaphthalic resin, alkylphenol polyethylene glycol ether, and ammonium chromate in the following ratio of col- toents, weight.%: Hydrol7.40-11.74 50 % butanolized melamine formaldehyde resin. 0.57-1.10 Pentaphthalic resin, 32-0.52 Triethylamine 1.08-1.45 Polyethylene glycol alkylphenol ether, 04-0.09 Organic solvent3, 50-5.62. Ammonium Chromate 0.04-0.09 Water, Else, Residrol B-133 is a solution of residrol in isopropyl alcohol. The parts to be coated are prepared for the coating with both conventional etching and etching followed by oxidation with CrOj solutions. Example 1. 16, 88 wt.% Resydrol BA-133 is mixed with 1.45 weight TEA (triethylamine) and mixed thoroughly. Next, 0.57% by weight of 50% butanolated melamine formaldehyde resin K-421-02 and 0.57% by weight varnish PF-060N (pentaphthalic resin in a mixture of organic solvents) are mixed with each other. Then the mixture of resins is added when mixed to neutralized residrol. Ammonium chromate (0.09 wt.% And the emulsifier, polyethylene glycol ether of alkylphenol OP-7 or OP-10 (O, 09. weight,%), is dissolved in 80.2 weight of distilled water and then the resulting solution is slowly under vigorous stirring portions are added to the mixture of the resilient with resins. The finished electrolyte is filtered and, after checking the operating parameters, is poured into baths pH 7, i; 18-20 ° C; dry residue, ... Electroplating is carried out at a voltage of 50 -100 in for 2 mi. The coated parts are removed from the working bath, washed with tap water, and compressed air. from excess moisture and dried for 30 minutes at 180 ° C, ... ...:. The films obtained are good for the effect of the tropical climate (more than 10 days), sea tuma (more than 3 days), 3% solution of NaCC (more than 17 days) After the test, the coating retains its electrical insulating properties (breakdown voltage of 1-2 kV)., Initial hardness (t in pencil). The working electrolyte solutions are stable during storage for more than 4 months and withstand more than 8 workings of dry residue (cycle - turn over), ... Example 2, 15.6 wt.% Residrol is mixed with 1.1 wt.% Triethylamine (TEA) and mixing. yut. Next, 0.96 wt.% Of resin K-421-02 and 0.96 wt.% Varnish PF-060H are mixed with each other separately, and then the mixture of resins is added to the neutral with mixing: , 06 weight,% chromate. a 1 min and 0.04 wt% of the emulsifier OP-7 is dissolved in 81.28 wt% of distilled water in small portions and, with vigorous stirring, is introduced into the mixture of residrol with resins, -. Example 3 10.65 wt% rehydrol was combined with 1.08 wt% triethylamine (TEA) and mixed thoroughly. Separately prepared, a mixture of resins (1.1% by weight, K-421-02 and 1.1 6es,% PF-060) was added to the neutralized reagent. A mixture of 0.09 wt.% Ammonium chromate and 0.08 wt.% OP-7 emulsifier is dissolved in 85.9 wt.% Distilled water and added in small portions with thorough stirring to the resydrol with resins: The table shows the properties , coatings obtained on the basis of known and proposed cocTaBOBv
