(54) РЕАГЕНТ ДЛЯ ПОДАВЛЕНИЯ РОСТА СУЛЬФАТВОССТАНАВЛИВАЮЩИХ БАКТЕРИЙ В ЗАВОДНЯЕМОМ НЕФТЯНОМ ПЛАСТЕ(54) REAGENT FOR THE ADDITION OF GROWTH OF SULPHATIC RESTORING BACTERIA IN A PLANTABLE OIL PLATE
Изобретение относитс к нефтедобы ваннцей промышленности, в частности к борьбе с сульфатвосстанавливаклцими бактери ми, способствующими образованию сероводорода в пластах при разработке нефт ных месторождений заводнением. Известен способ подавлени роста сульфатвосстанавливающих бактерий. (СВБ) путем добавки к нагнетаемой в пласт воде хлористого натри {. Недостатками известного способа вл ютс низка степень подавлени СВБ и необходимость применени повышенных концентраций реагента дл пол ного подавлени бактерий. Целью изобретени вл етс повыше ние степени подавлени роста сульфат восстанавливающих бактерий. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в качестве реагента дл подавлени роста сульфатвосстанавливающих бактерий в заводн емом нефт ном плас те примен ют кремнефтористоводородный аммоний. Кремнефтористоводородный ги моний представл ет собой порошкообразное кристаллическое вещество (NHi,)iSiFg) хорошо растворимое в воде. Сущность спйсрба зак.пючаетс в следующем. . Предварительно в ёмкости приготавливают рабочий раствор аммони кремнефтористоводородного , затем его дозируют в закачиваелф то в пласт во ,ду в не;обходимой концентрации. Технологи закачки выбираетс в зависимости от свойств пласта. Она может быть осуществлена непрерывно с добав кой 0,0025-0,01 масс.% реагента или периодически с добавкой повышенной концентрации 0,01-0,1 масс.%. .Эффективность подавлени роста СВБ определ ли по Известной методике оценки защитного действи реагентов; подавл ющих микробиологическую коррозию (Уфа, ВНИИСПТнефть, 1977). В промысловую воду, содержащую СВБ, s стерильных анаэробных услови х вводили Кремнефтористоводородный аммоний в различных концентраци х и вьперживали 24 час при температуре , Затем из этих проб отбирали по 1 мл жидкости и вводили в бутылочки с питательной средой Постгейта . Бутылочки термостатировали при в течение 15 сут.
