Лл постижени указанной цепи в лактозо- келточную синтетическую среду дополнительно вводитс антиглобупинова иммунна сыворотка (антисыворотка). Среда дл замораж11Вани спермы имеет следующий состав, вес.%: Лактоза7-9 Желток13-15 Глицерин2-4 Антиглобулинова иммунна сыворотка2О-35 ВодаОстальное Пример I, Сперму разбавл ли в .3-4 раза лактозо-желточно-глицериновой средой и замораживали в гранулах на брикете сухого льда (-78 С).
