(54) SOURCE OF STALL VOLTAGE

1one

The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in radio devices as a source of reference voltage or a power source for low-current circuits.

Известен источник стабильного напр жени , содержащий опорный элемент на полевом транзисторе, усилитель обратной св зи и выходной эмиттерный повторитель на составном транзисторе l .A stable voltage source is known, comprising a reference element on a field-effect transistor, a feedback amplifier, and an output emitter follower on the composite transistor l.

2 .Also known is a DC voltage regulator containing field and bipolar transistors, the drain and collector of which are respectively connected to a power source, the source and base of these transistors are connected via a resistor to a common bus, the emitter of the bipolar transistor is connected to one of the output pins 2.

The closest technical solution to the invention is a stable voltage source containing the first and second field-effect transistors, the drains of which are connected to the output for connecting the power source, and the gate of the first transistor is connected to the common bus, and the third

полевой транзистор, затвор которого соединен с истоком первого транзистора , причем тип канала третьего транзистора противоположен типу каналов первого и второго транзисторов З .field-effect transistor, the gate of which is connected to the source of the first transistor, and the channel type of the third transistor is opposite to the channel type of the first and second transistors Z.

A disadvantage of the known sources of stable voltage is the low stabilization factor.

The aim of the invention is to increase the source stabilization factor.

The drawing is a schematic electrical circuit of a source of Stress voltage. It contains a field-effect transistor 1 whose drain is connected to a terminal for connecting a power source, and a gate is connected to a common bus and to a gate of transistor 2. The drain of transistor 2 is connected to a terminal for connecting a power source, and the source to the drain of transistor 3 and to the gate of transistor 4 The drain of transistor 4 and the gate of transistor 3 are connected to the source of transistor 1. The sources of transistors 3 and 4 are connected to one of the terminals for connecting the load. The source of stable voltage works as follows. Transistors 1 and 2 operate at saturation under a constant voltage bias between the gate and the source, providing a stable drain current. The additional current is stabilized by transistors 3 and 4. An increase in the drain current of transistors 1 and 2 causes an increase in the bias voltage at the gates of transistors 3 and 4, which will be locked up for these transistors and will increase the resistance of the channels, and As a result, it compensates for the increase in drain current of transistors 1 and 2. Thus, the introduction of transistors 3 and 4, which are controlled by dynamic load in the source lines of transistors 1 and 2, weakens the output dence drain current of transistors 1 and 2 from the voltage source-drain of these transistors and yields a highly stable voltage on the output device. Without load, the source of stable voltage does not consume energy. Due to low voltage losses and no current losses, the efficiency of a stable voltage source is high. The invention of the stable voltage source, containing the first and second field-effect transistors, the drains of which are connected to the output for connecting the power source, and the gate of the first transistor is connected to the common bus, and the third field-effect transistor, the gate of which is connected to the source of the first transistor, the transistor is opposite to the type of channels of the first and transistors, characterized in that, in order to increase the stabilization factor, a fourth field-effect transistor, the type of channel which coincides with the channel type of the third transistor, while the drain of the fourth transistor is connected to the source of the first transistor, the gate to the source of the second and drain of the third transistor, and the source to the source of the third transistor and one of the terminals for connecting the load transistor. connected to the common bus.
