The invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the chemical baking industry to measure the dynamic viscosity of liquids, such as sugar, salt and other solutions.

A vibratory viscometer, containing a tuning fork with a sensing element of the excitation system and signal pickup system attached to one of its branches, is known. The sensing element is made in the form of a disk with a limiting plate, secured / gene on the sensitive element. On the same branch of the tuning fork, in its upper part, is mounted a ceramic bari titanate plate. The oscillations of the tuning fork cause an a4 plate of the plate, as a result of which the emf is created between the ends of the plate, the magnitude of which depends on the deformation of the plate.

A tuning fork with a sensing element is placed in a heat chamber and installed so that the sensing element's disk is located above the lifting stop, where the specimens are mounted. The cottage tuning fork system is implemented by means of an electromagnetic drive system, the coil of an electromagnet exciting the tuning fork oscillations located between the branches of the tuning fork, and the voltage applied to it is constant due to the presence of a voltage limiter in the electronic drive circuit. Since the voltage feeding the coil of an electromagnet is constant, the amplitude of oscillations of the branches of the tuning fork is determined by the mechanical reaction of the fluid (by means of friction), which characterizes the liquid under study.

However, the known viscometer is a laboratory-type instrument, which does not allow it to be portable and used directly in the production process. The presence of a sensing element on only one branch of the tuning fork increases its mechanical imbalance, thereby reducing the accuracy of the instrument readings. The drive of the oscillating system is electromagnetic, as a result of which the device is sensitive to fluctuations in ambient temperature (it is necessary to thermostatize), as well as to fluctuations in the supply voltage, which requires a complex stabilization system downstream. Fixing the tuning fork to the board reduces the sensitivity of the device, preventing the use of dynamic balancing of the tuning fork, which requires additional energy consumption and reduces the accuracy of the set in operation. In addition, the calibration of the device is rather complicated and requires highly skilled specialists; it does not allow automating the reading process. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the non-finiteness of measurements. For this, the tuning fork of the Viscometer is additionally equipped with a second sensitive element fixed on its other branch, and two permanent magnets located between the ends of the tuning fork and the sensitive elements and purchased on these ends. The viscometer excitation system is made of magnetoelectric. Pa drawing shows the scheme of the proposed vibration viscometer. The viscometer contains a U-shaped tuning fork 1, to the ends of which permanent magnets 2 and sensitive elements 3 are fixed. At some distance from their ends, plates 4 are fixed, which determine the level of immersion of sensitive elements in the test liquid. The permanent magnets 2 interact with the control coils 5 and 6, respectively, and with water. The control coil 5 through the separation capacitor 7 is included in the base circuit, and the drive coil 6 is the collector circuit of transistor 8. Resistance 9 is connected between the base and collector of transistor 8, which provides. the required mode of operation is transistor 8. The electronic circuit of the drive is powered from a direct current source such as UIP-2 or a set of dry elements of the Mars type (not shown in the diagram). Tuning fork 1 is supported to the plate 10. The total masses of each of the branches of tuning fork 1, i.e., the weight of the branch itself, plus the mass of the constant magnet and the mass of the sensing element, are equal to each other, which makes it possible to combine the oscillation node of the tuning fork and circuit 10. Such a combination of the attachment point of the tuning fork 1 to the 1O board with a node of oscillations of its branches, i.e., dynamic balancing of the tuning fork, allows to increase the accuracy of the readings along with a decrease in the supply voltage. The use of the magnetoelectric drive system in the proposed viscometer allows the frequency of self-oscillations to be low dependent on changes in the temperature of the surrounding solar system, as well as on fluctuations in the supply voltage. There is no need to thermostat the device or set a voltage stabilizer, as a result of which the proposed viscometer is portable, i.e. measurements can be taken directly in the production process. The drive coil 6, in addition to reducing oscillation, is also used to pick up readings using a frequency meter 11. Directly reading the readings from drive coil 6 allows you to automate the readout process. Vibrating viscometer works as follows. Sensitive elements 3 are immersed in a vessel with the test liquid (for example, saline or sugar) 12 to a value limited by level gauges (plates 4). When oscillations of the branches of the tuning fork 1 in the coil 5, the control is proportional to the oscillation speed of the fork of the tuning fork 1, an electromotive force, which opens the transistor 8, operating in two modes: in the key mode and amplifying. When the transistor 8 opens, a current flows through it, which in the drive coil 6 drives an emf; the magnetic field of which, in conjunction with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 2, mounted on the end of the branch of the tuning fork 1, creates a pushing moment that serves to maintain the oscillations of the system. Since the sensitive elements 3 are rigidly connected to the ends of the branches of the tuning fork 1, the frequency of oscillations of the tuning fork will vary depending on the mechanical reaction of the fluid, which characterizes its viscosity. The proposed vibration viscometer allows one to automate the process of reading a viscometer, improve measurement accuracy, increase information output along with a wide range of measured viscosity, which is achieved by changing sensitive elements (diameter of sensitive element disks varies), ensures continuity of measurements during production, easy handling. The formula invented, and 1, is a vibrational viscometer containing a tuning fork with a sensitive element fixed on one of its branches, an excitation system and a signal pickup system, which is described in that обеспечени  иепрерьтности намерений, камертон дополнительно снабжен вторым чувствительным элементом, закрепленным на другой его ветви, и двум  посто ными магнитами, расположенньгми между торцами ветвей камертона и чувствительными элементами и закрепленными на этих торцах.ensuring the continuity of intentions, the tuning fork is additionally equipped with a second sensing element fixed on its other branch and two permanent magnets located between the ends of the tuning fork branches and the sensing elements fixed on these ends. 2.
