2 angles of rolling correspond to their set of clips for fastening the roll and pairs of bevel gears. The disadvantages of this design are the discreteness of the change in the angle of rolling, which limits the technological maneuverability of the mill, as well as the need for an individual set of roll holder and a pair of bevel gears for each value of the angle of rolling, which increases the number of replaceable tools of the mill and the time spent on changing the angle of rolling. The aim of the invention is to avoid disturbing the rotation of the rolls when changing the angles of rolling and thereby increasing the productivity of the mill. This is achieved by the fact that the drive of the rolls of the helical rolling mill, which includes conical pairs, one of the wheels of which is connected to the shafts of the rolls, cylindrical pairs in which one of the wheels of each pair is mounted on a common rail with one of the conical wheels, and an electric motor branched gearbox, the input shaft of which is connected to the electric motor, and the two output shafts - to the gears of cylindrical gears, while the gearbox housing is fitted coaxially with two cylindrical cassettes mounted rotatable relative to the gear housing and to each other around the axis of the input shaft and having a radial opening beneath} s of the output shafts supports. The arrangement of the structural units allows rotation of the system consisting of a roll drum, a gearbox and a bevel gear output shaft associated with it, with a corresponding cassette, around a common axis coinciding with the axis of the drive shaft of the branched bevel gearbox and passing through the center point of the mill. FIG. 1 shows a section of the roll drum and drive parts along the axis of the roll of the VU; pas figs. 2 - section of a branched bevel gearbox along section A-A; in fig. 3 - section of a branched bevel gearbox along BB section. The drive of the work roll contains a cylindrical gear 2 mounted on an axis 3 of the roll which is fixed in supports 4 and 5, fixedly mounted on a drum 6 made with the possibility of translational motion along the cartridge 7 and connected with a pushing screw 8. The cassette 7 is held in the traverse 9 by the gear 10 which is rigidly connected to it. Inside the drum there is a combined conical-cylindrical gear 11 mounted on an axis 12 fixed by a square shank in the drum 6, and a cylindrical shank in a removable cover 13. Tsil The wet part of the combined gear 11 is engaged with the gear 2, and the tapered part with the gear 14 mounted on one end of the drive shaft 5, which was attached to the drum by means of a detachable housing 16. At the other end of the drive shaft meshing with the gear 18, pp mounted on the output shaft 19 of the branched bevel gear 20 (see Fig.- 2). The gears 17 and 18 constitute the spur gear. The shaft 19 is attached to the crosspiece 9 by the support 21. The branched conical editor consists of a gear wheel 22 mounted on the drive shaft 23, and two gears 24 and 25 located on the drive shafts 19 and 26. The drive shaft 23 is connected with an electric motor 1 by means of a gear coupling 28. Shafts 19 and 26 are fixed in bearing supports 29 and 30 of cassettes 31 and 32. The cassettes are made in the form of rings and are installed in the housing 33 coaxially with the axis of rotation XX of the drive shaft 23. The outer cassette 31 is installed in annular grooves housing 33 and its inner surface is for hydrochloric cassette 32. The cassettes have the possibility of rotational movement relative to each other and relative to the housing 33. In order to output shafts 19 and 26 in the cassettes there are windows. The branched bevel gear is located relative to the mill so that the axis XX of the leading shaft 23 is perpendicular to the axis U of the mill rolling and intersects it at the central point of the mill (point 0). The rotation of the work roll 1 from the engine 27 takes place through a branched bevel gearbox 20, a cylindrical gearbox, the condition of shticks 17 and 18, the drive shaft 15 and gears 14, 11 and 2. When the angle of rolling changes, the traverse 9 is rotated together with the drum fixed in it 6 and roller 1, cylindrical gears 17 and 18, the output shaft of the forked bevel gearbox 20 and the cassette 31 associated with it around the common axis OXX. In this case, the cassette 31 rotates in annular grooves relative to the housing 33 and the cassette 32, and the driven gear 24 is driven by the driving gear 22. When the angle of the lower roll is changed, the lower traverse rotates, respectively, with the drum and the roll, the corresponding helical gears rotated in it, output shaft 26 and associated cassette 32 around a common axis OXX. In this case, the cassette 32 rotates relative to the cassette 31 and the housing 33, and the driven gear 25 rolls around the drive gear 22. In the proposed design, there is no idle additional equipment (gearbox and replaceable sets of roll support supports and a pair of bevel gears), the time for changing the rolling angle is reduced due to eliminating operations such as switching the swivel spindles of the rolls and replacing the support for holding the rolls and the pairs of tapered gears. The product quality and dynamic conditions of the drive are improved as a result of the complete synchronization of the rotational speeds of the rolls due to the rigid kinematic coupling of both rolls and the uniform rotation of the rolls due to the absence of articulated spindles in the proposed drive. The possibility of smoothly changing the angle, rolling out without breaking the kinematic connection of the engine with the rollers and replacing the drive elements and the roller mount assembly, widens the technological maneuverability of the mill, i.e. ; u i: ior and possible:) lm boe. quick 1) 1Y compared with the known structures, the transition from one hour: the angle of rolling to another in accordance with Ie.
