This generator uses oscillatory motion caused by waves on the water surface. However, this generator uses only the vertical component of the no-head oscillation.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of power supply by using both vertical and horizontal movements. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an electric generator, using the energy of the oscillatory motion, for example, the movement of the human body, the axis of the rim is rigidly connected to the frame, the axis of which is fixed to the body, and the axis. The tumbling frame and frames are eccentric.
