Description
I
This invention relates to orthopedics and traumatology.
A known orthopedic endo-apparatus for the restoration of the hip joint, comprising threaded rods with a working cutting part and shaped rods with a conical hollow head.
However, such an apparatus is for a long-lasting, strong pepodvizhy compound of broken tubular bone fragments.
The purpose of the invention is to provide a permanent gap between the articular surfaces of the collapsed, displaced or surgically created joint during rotation, bending and extension and hip abduction in children.
For this purpose, the device is designed as two adjustable sleeves, movably connected by a spherical head and a guiding arc-shaped groove with unequally high edges, and in the free ends of the sleeves, conical toothed bores of the shaped head bearing the threaded rods are selected.
FIG. 1 shows an orthopedic eidosurgery for hip joint repair, front view; FIG. 2 - the same, side view.
The device contains threaded rods 1 and 2 with a working cutting part 3 and 4, shaped
rods 5 and 6 with a conical hollow head 7 II 8 and made in the form of sleeves 9 and 10 adjustable in length. Couplings are movably connected by a spherical head 11 and guiding arc-shaped groove 12 with uneven edges 13. Toothed conical holes 4 are selected at the free ends of the couplings under the heads of shaped rods, carried) threaded rods 1 II 2.
By clutch 9, the device is attached to the pelvic bone and provides the necessary margin of safety in place of the hand to the metal, and by clutch 10, the device is fixed to the tubular femur. By rotating the axis 15, the hirgurg establishes the necessary gap between the articular surfaces for the period of counter-growth.
Subject invention
An orthoediological endo-surgery for the restoration of the hip joint, containing threaded rods with a conical hollow head, characterized in that, in order to provide a permanent gap between the articular surfaces of the displaced, dislocated, pathologically-altered or surgically created joint during rotation, flexion-extension and retracting. children, made in v. t, e of two length-adjustable sleeves, movably connected by a spherical head, with guiding arc-shaped groove with unequal edges, at the free ends of selected clutches toothed conical shaped head openings iodo rods iesush their threaded rods.
