Claims (2)
The heat exchange element has a pipe 1 with fins in the form attached to the last rolled, corrugated bag 2.; Adjacent corrugations are made j adjacent to the formation of channels 3 drop-shaped. The fins may be multi-layered and located along the entire length of pipe 1. In the compressed and folded corrugated tape 2, large elastic forces arise, providing close contact between the fins and the inner surface of pipe 1, as well as between individual folds of the corrugations. Thanks to the drop-shaped form. Channels 3, the efficiency of the fins is more pronounced than in a different profile with the same design height. There is no need for an additional inner tube, in which, in most cases, the corrugated tape is wound. The channel 4 remaining in the center is comparable with the hydraulic diameter of the drop-shaped channel 3, the value of which is less than or equal to 1 mm with an internal diameter of the pipe greater than 1 mm. The proposed constructive solution will allow to carry out an immiscible countercurrent movement of two heat carriers in one tube. By using such a ribbing edge outside a circular pipe, counterflow circulation of heat-transfer agents can be obtained. Claim 1. Heat exchanger element comprising a pipe with longitudinal fins in the form of a rolled corrugated ribbed tape attached to the pipe, characterized in that, in order to intensify the heat exchange, the corrugations are made adjacent to each other to form drop-shaped sections.
