Description

(54) METHOD FOR PRODUCING VINYL CHLORIDE

Как в примере 1, провод т опыт в течение 3,5 час (из них 30The invention is fire based on a process for the preparation of vinyl chloride used as a monomer for the production of various polymeric materials. Known {.1 J catalyst. The yield of the target product is 25-46%. A disadvantage of the known method is a decrease in the yield of vinyl chloride over time due to a decrease in the selectivity of the catalyst for vinyl chloride and an increase in the selectivity for ethylene. In order to increase the selectivity of the process, it is proposed to carry out the latter with the use of periodic treatment of the catalyst at a process temperature with a mixture of oxygen and diluent or a mixture of oxygen, hydrogen chloride and / or chlorine and diluent in case of using an oxide or salt catalyst, respectively. . The choice of catalyst treatment conditions depends on its chemical nature and the reaction mechanism of ethane oxychlorination. Example 1. In a pyrex reactor (diameter 2O mm, length 35 mm), equipped with an Thermocouple Pocket An, 75 g of iron-lithium oxide catalyst (95 wt.% Fe 0 "and 5 wt.% (20) on a diatomaceous carrier (fraction 0, 25 O, 5 mm), put the reactor in a tubular electric furnace, supply oxygen (0.5 nl / hour) and ajoT (3.2 nl / hour) into it and heat it up, simultaneously turning on the electromagnetic pump (intensive circulation of the gas mixture through the catalyst. At 55 ° C, ethane (0.6 nl / h) and hydrogen chloride are fed to the reactor and the process is carried out for 17 hours. To re-oxidize the cattle of the isator, the supply of hydrogen chloride and ethane is stopped for 30 minutes without reducing the temperature. The reaction is monitored by chromatography. The results are shown in Table 1. P me r 2. As in example 1, the experiment is carried out for 3 , 5 hours (of which 30

мин реокисление, когда хлористый водород и этан не подают), использу  9,1 г церийлитиевого окисного катализатора (95 Бес.% СеО,-, и 5 вес.% Li О) на диатомитовомmin oxidation when hydrogen chloride and ethane are not supplied), using 9.1 g of cerilithium oxide catalyst (95 Bes.% CeO, -, and 5 wt.% Li O) on diatomite

After 2 hours, the reaction is re-oxidized. The rate of oxygen, hydrogen chloride, ethane, and nitrogen is 0.7, 1.8, 0.5, and 2.8 silt / hour, respectively. Example 3 A pyrex ring reactor (diameter of outer and inner rings is 35 and 2O mm, respectively), equipped with a thermocouple pocket, is charged with 4.9 g of a copper / chlorine catalyst (64.3 wt.% SiCb and 35.7 wt.% KC6), deposited on silica gel (fraction, 5 mm), mixed with 15 ml of quartz, placed the reactor in a tubular electric furnace and in a stream of nitrogen {6 Il / h) heated to 550 ° C.
