Description

Изобретение относитс к области конструкций щеток дл подметально-уборочных и снегоочистительных машин. Известна щетка к машинам дл очистки дорог, включающа обод с закрепленными на нем упругими втулками и держател ми с буртиками с закрепленными в них пучками ворса. Однако секции такой щетки сложны в изготовлении и ненадежны в эксплуатации. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение долговечности эксплуатационной надежности и упрощение изготовлени секции щетки. Это достигаетс тем, что на ободе смонтирована ст жна лента, в отверсти х которой установлены держатели, причем пучки ворса закреплены в каждом держателе посредством фигурной скобы, концы которой размещены между буртиком держател и ободом. Сущность изобретени по сн етс чертежами . На фиг. 1 изображена дорожна щетка в ободе; на фиг. 2 - разрез по А-А на фиг. 1. Предложенна щетка состоит из сердечника 1, секций 2, разделительных колец 3, устанавливаемых между секци ми, фланцев 4, креп щихс к торцам сердечника. Секци 2 состоит из ст жной ленты 5 с равномерно расположенными отверсти ми, втулок-держателей 6 с буртами, устанавливаемых в отверсти ст жной ленты, упругих втулок 7 на втулках-держател х, пучков ворса 8, прот гиваемых через собранные втулки-держатели и упругие втулки, удерживаемые от выпадани фигурной скобой 9, обода 10, к внутренней цилиндрической поверхности которого крепитс , например, контактной сваркой ст жна лента с собранными элементами (втулка-держатель, упруга втулка, фигурна скоба и пучки ворса). На внутренней поверхности обода имеютс фиксаторы, посредством которых крут щий момент от сердечника передаетс секци м во врем работы. Сборка и работа щетки осуществл етс следующим образом. В отверсти ст жной ленты 5 вставл ютс втулки-держатели 6, а затем на них насаживаютс упругие втулки 7, затем через отверсти втулок-держателей 6, упругих втулок 7, собранных в ст жной ленте 5, прот гиваютс пучки ворса 8, причем во врем прот жки последние дел тс фигурной скобой 9 на две симметричные части, к тому же фигурна скоба удерживает пучок от выпадани . Собранные таким образом элементы вставл ютс в обод 10, причем боковые поверхности обода обжимаютс таким образом, чтоBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of construction of brushes for sweepers and snow machines. A known brush for road cleaning machines includes a rim with elastic sleeves fixed on it and holders with shoulders with tufts tucked into them. However, sections of such brushes are difficult to manufacture and unreliable in operation. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of operational reliability and simplify the manufacture of the brush section. This is achieved by mounting a strapling tape on the rim, in the holes of which holders are mounted, with tufts tucked into each holder by means of a shaped bracket, the ends of which are placed between the holder shoulder and the rim. The invention is illustrated in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a road brush in the rim; in fig. 2 is a section along A-A in FIG. 1. The proposed brush consists of core 1, sections 2, separating rings 3 mounted between sections, flanges 4 attached to the ends of the core. Section 2 consists of a strap tape 5 with evenly spaced openings, sleeve holders 6 with shoulders installed into the holes of the strap tape, elastic sleeves 7 on the sleeve hubs, tufts 8, pulled through assembled sleeve housings and elastic bushings kept from falling out by a shaped brace 9, rim 10, to the inner cylindrical surface of which are fastened, for example, by contact welding, a strapping tape with assembled elements (sleeve-holder, elastic sleeve, figurine and pile bunches). There are locks on the inner surface of the rim, by means of which the torque from the core is transmitted to the sections during operation. The assembly and operation of the brush is carried out as follows. The sleeve holders 6 are inserted into the holes of the strapping tape 5, and then the elastic sleeves 7 are mounted on them, then the tufts of the pile 8 are pulled through the holes of the sleeve holders 6 and the elastic sleeves 7 assembled in the straps 5 the latter are divided by a curly bracket 9 into two symmetrical parts, besides, a figurine bracket keeps the beam from falling out.
