Description

FIELD: turbine engineering.

There are known z, turbine turbines containing a centripetal impeller of the first stage, a bezlopochatochny guiding apparatus in the form of a cochlea and a regulating valve installed at the entrance to the posledpiy.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the economic efficiency of the turbine. To achieve it, the peripheral parts of the impeller blades are placed directly in the bezloostatochny guide vanes. The distance from the peripheral edges of the blades to the extension of the centerline of the control valve is not more than 0.1 of the impeller diameter.

FIG. 1 shows a gas turbine, axial section; in fig. 2 is a section along A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a similar section of a turbine in another embodiment.

In the turbine casing 1, the shaft 4 is supported on the supports 2 and 3. There are placed impellers 5 axial stages 6 and impellers 7 axial stages 8. Between the impellers 5 there is a guiding device 9; between the impellers 7 - the guide apparatus 10. The centripetal impeller 11 is mounted in the middle of the shaft 4. The non-blade guide apparatus 12, designed in the form of a volute, surrounds the impeller

Ii. Gas is supplied through the opening 13 of the guide vane adjacent along the entire inner contour 14 directly to the centripetal impeller 11.

The impeller blades 15 are extended in the radial direction by a certain distance inside the no-blade guide vanes 12. Gas escapes through the output parts of the vanes 16 and 17 of the centripetal impeller 11 and enters the turbine axles 6 and 8 through the guide vanes 9 and 10 and further into the exhaust pipes 18 and 19.

Gas is supplied to the guiding device 12 through the regulating valve 20, in which the required speed is created. The apparatus 12 is designed so that its cross section is reduced evenly, and the gas velocity remains constant.

In the turbine (see Fig. 3), the bezlostatochny paneling apparatus is divided into two parts 2i and 22, offset one relative to the other by 180 °. Gas is supplied through valves 23 and 24. The distance l (see Fig. 2) from the end of one blade of the impeller 11 to the extension of the center line of the control valve is less than the distance / 2 measured in the plane of the dash from the center line to the edges of the outlet 13 .

Claims (2)

1. A gas turbine containing a centripetal impeller of the first stage, a bezlostatochny guiding device in the form of a cochlea and installed at the entrance to the last control valve, which is different in order to increase efficiency.
