Description

The invention relates to the coating of seeds with individual shells.

Известен способ индивидуальной заделки сем н В оболочку, обеспечивающую стимулирование развити  растени  в начальных фазах .There is a method of individual seed embedding into the shell, which provides stimulation of plant development in the initial phases.

Использование известного способа обработки сем н, предназначенных дл  высева в горных местност х, не дает эффекта из-за смывани  сем н, что приводит к гибели растений в их начальной фазе развити .Using a known method of treating seeds intended for seeding in mountainous areas does not have an effect due to the washing off of the seeds, which leads to the death of the plants in their initial phase of development.

1:1.According to the proposed method, in order to better germinate the seeds, they are placed in a spongy shell, impregnated with an aqueous solution of fertilizer and then coated with an adhesive composition. A polymer, for example polyvinyl alcohol, is used as a sheath material, which is spiked with a porophor. In order to preserve the plant fertilizers for a longer period of time, a capsule is prepared from a mixture of anion-exchange and cation-exchange polymers. In this case, the fertilizer particles are firmly held by the polymer due to ionic bonds. The weight ratio between polymer and fertilizer should be equivalent to the ratio of anions and cations in the solution of the latter. For example, for a potassium nitrate solution, this ratio will be 1: 1.

Under the influence of the environment, the polymer shell is gradually destroyed.

Благодар  тому, что удобрение представл ет гидрофильную соль, сем  всегда будет получать достаточное количество влаги из воздуха .Due to the fact that the fertilizer is a hydrophilic salt, this will always get enough moisture from the air.
