Description

This invention relates to the microbiological acquisition of antibiotics.

Однако этот штамм не обладает высокой активностью .Known strain 2915 Act. flavochromogenis var. heliomycini, the producer of heliomycin, whose activity is 30 g of heliomycin raw with 1 kg of wet mycelium. However, this strain does not have high activity.

Цель изобретени  - повышение активности штамма до 40 г гелиомицина сырца на 1 кг влажного мицели .The purpose of the invention is to increase the activity of the strain to 40 g of heliomycin raw material per 1 kg of wet mycelium.

The proposed strain No. 6383 was isolated from the soil using general, practical methods and has the following characteristic.

Aerial mycelium is abundant gray, sometimes with a brownish tinge (but the colored table of Bondartsev v4, Tresner 2 / e). Substrate mycelium is colorless, slightly brownish with age (close to 7 according to Bondartsev).

The environment is painted in a faint brownish-pink or violet-brown color.

Morphology. Sporiosts spiral, with 2-4 turns of the spiral. The spores are covered with long hairs.

Organic medium No. 2. Aerial mycelium initially cream, then gray. Substrate mycelium from brownish yellow (65) to dark brown (K7), sometimes dyes the medium in the same color.

Wednesday апapek and Wednesday Lindenbayna. Aerial mycelium gray abundant. Substrate mycelium is brown, sometimes violet-brown, and the medium sometimes stains the same color.

Wednesday CP-1 Krasilnikov. Aerial mycelium gray abundant. Substrate mycelium is colorless or slightly grayish, the medium is not colored.

Glucose-asnaragin medium. Aerial mycelium is poor, creamy at first, then gray. Substrate mycelium brownish-yellow, the medium is not colored.

Oats on Wednesday. Aerial mycelium gray abundant. Substrate mycelium is yellow, does not stain medium.

Wednesday with peptone and citric acid iron (Tresner). Melanin does not form.

Use of carbon sources. At 28 ° C liquid and nutrient media, it is well absorbed by lactose, galactose, sucrose, glycerin, mannitol, rhamnose, fructose, arabinose, moderately glucose and weakly dulcite.

Antagonistic properties. Suppresses the development of St. aurous 209, you. mycoidis, BacilIHS subtilis and Sarcina lutea when tested by the stroke method.
