Образовавшиес нитрозные газы вывод т через зазор 4, равный 0,5-1,5 мм, где они быстро охлаждаютс (происходит закалка).O The invention relates to the field of plasma chemical processes, more precisely, to devices for producing nitric oxide from atmospheric or oxygen-enriched air. A plasma torch for the oxidation of nitrogen and an arc discharge is known, which contains an air supply chamber with an electrode installed in it and an electrode-reactor connected to this chamber, with a channel of constant cross section. The disadvantage of the known plasma generator with a constant cross section of the electrode – reactor channel is a significant drop in the static and total pressure of the scientific research institute in the channel of the electrode – reactor. This reduces the equilibrium concentration of nitrogen oxides and increases the power consumption for the production of nitric acid. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the energy costs of producing nitric acid. This is achieved by installing two plasmatorches symmetrically with each other with a gap, the electrodes-reactors of which are made with a cross-sectional area increasing along the gas. The drawing shows a diagram of the device. The nitrogen oxidation device consists of two symmetrically and coaxially mounted electrodes 1, two air inlet chambers 2 in the discharge zone and two electrode reactors 3, the channels of which are made with an increasing cross-sectional area along the gas flow. Electrodes-reactors are separated by a gap 4. The device operates as follows. The air compressed to a pressure of 2.5-100 atm is supplied to chambers 2. At the same time, a potential difference is applied to the electrodes 1, as a result of which an electrical discharge occurs along the axis of the channels of the electrode-reactors 3. The formed nitrous gases are removed through the gap 4, equal to 0.5-1.5 mm, where they are rapidly cooled (quenching occurs).
