Description

The invention relates to surgical instruments, namely, instruments for tightening ligature knots in hard-to-rest areas of the surgical field.

Known tools for tightening the ligature units include a handle, a rod and a flat tip, the front side of which has a notch. The disadvantage of such instruments is that they do not provide for the complete reduction of stitched fabrics.

In the proposed tool, in a well-known manner, the longitudinal directions are made in the side walls of the flat tip (slit, not cut, not full svden); e stitched fabrics.

FIG. 1 shows the proposed instrument, a general view, view along arrow L; in fig. 2 - tightening the ligature knot.

To facilitate the slip of the ligature along the working tip, the surface of its grooves is covered with a thin layer of fluoroplastic or the entire tip of the tool is made of fluoroplastic.

The tool comprises a rod 1, at one end of which there is a flat working tip 2, and at the other end there is a handle 3 for holding the tool in the hand. In the side walls of the working tip, along its thickness, on three sides there are made longitudinal grooves 4, which guide the ligature and fix it to

advancement process. In the middle of the flat working tip, perpendicular to the guide grooves, a small notch 5 is made to freely place the cross-ligated portions of the ligature in it.

The elongated ends of the ligature 7 at an accessible distance from section 6 of the wound are alternately hinged on the loops 8 and 9 of the node and also alternately propel them with a working tip

Fast and easy advancement of the ligature loop is due to the fact that the tightening force is directed diametrically along the directions of the arrows.

It is advisable to cover the grooves of the structural tool with a thin layer of fluoroplastic material.
