Description

Known methods of hardening non-magnetic austenitic alloys by quenching and subsequent aging at temperatures of 500-750 ° C.

Это позвол ет получать немагнитный материал с высокими свойствами прочности и пластичности .It is proposed to subject these alloys to aging at temperatures of 550-600 ° C, followed by their deformation at the same temperatures. This allows a non-magnetic material with high strength and ductility properties to be obtained.

Both metastable and stable austenitic alloys are suitable for strengthening.

The pre-heat treatment of the blanks before hardening consists in high-temperature quenching (1050-1100 ° C) in order to obtain a single-phase structure of austenite. To obtain a high complex of mechanical properties, the workpiece is subjected to aging at a temperature in the range of 550-600 ° C for a certain time, not cooled, deformed to the desired degree, and then cooled in air.

The choice of temperature, the duration of aging and the degree of subsequent deformation determine the desired level of strength and plastic properties.

The deformation is carried out at the same temperature at which the aging is performed. Allowable temperature reduction in the deformation process does not exceed 50-100X. In the case of stronger cooling, it is necessary to preheat the workpiece to the desired temperature and continue to deform. After completion of the treatment, the alloy completely retains the austenitic state.

Subject invention

Способ упрочнени  немагнитных аустенитных сплавов, включающий закалку и старение, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повыщени  прочности и пластичности, сплавы подвергают старению при температурах 550-600°С с последующей деформацией при этих же температурах .A method of hardening nonmagnetic austenitic alloys, including quenching and aging, characterized in that, in order to increase strength and ductility, the alloys are subjected to aging at temperatures of 550-600 ° C, followed by deformation at the same temperatures.
