Abstract

The invention relates to a container for selling and carrying fruit, year and other granule-like materials. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities and ease of use. The box contains a bottom, side and end walls, a vertical overhang that divides the box into two sections, with a handle at the top. In each pair of adjacent end walls of the sections, a slot is made on one of them, and the other is equipped with a flap with a tongue to interact with the slot of the adjacent wall, with two vertical slots for the passage of the flap with a tongue symmetrically along the edges of the partition. The vertical slots of the partition are made with a length of a smaller box height. The slots of the end walls pass obliquely from the lower corners of the box. Description

The invention relates to containers, namely, boxes such as baskets for packaging, selling and carrying fruit, year and other granular materials.

A rectangular box is known, consisting of two bottoms, two side walls, four end walls, a common central partition that halves the packaging, with a handle in the upper part.

The disadvantage of this package is the impossibility of its use as a container for packaging, selling fruit, year and other granule-like materials due to the complexity of the package design, which does not ensure quick assembly. The complexity of the process of converting the billet into packaging, the process of forming handles, the presence of a gluing area does not provide the ability to quickly and easily assemble the container directly at the time of packaging and sale of the year, fruit and other granular materials.

A device for carrying bottles is known, which includes side walls, end walls, a common bottom and a common central wall - a partition that splits the package in half, with a handle in the upper part.

The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities and increased ease of use.

The proposed box contains a base, side walls, end walls, a common central partition dividing the packaging in half, in the upper part of which a handle is formed. At the same time, in order to ensure rapid assembly of the box, as well as ease of carrying the material while improving the reliability of the packaging, it is assembled from a billet made from a single strip, provided with partition walls symmetrically located relative to the handle, through which the end wall valves are connected to each other outside the specified windows, the valves of the end walls are connected to each other in such a way that one of the connecting valves through the partition windows is provided with by using two tabs in two mutually perpendicular planes inserted into the slot of the second valve inclined from the bottom angle of the container.

In order to simplify the construction and assembly, the end walls of adjacent compartments form a common end wall of the package, the middle of which has a deflection inside the package.

In order to increase the reliability of the design, the fixation from the oscillation of the partition is carried out by dampers. The valves conducted through the baffles have a height smaller than the height of the end wall, and the windows have a height corresponding to these valves. In the upper part of the windows, a protrusion of the end walls is formed on both sides. Due to the protrusions of the dampers, the partition walls from the oscillations are fixed. In order to exclude the possibility of spontaneous pushing of the end flap of the end valve from the slit, it is wedged between the bottom of the basket and the side wall.

In order to prevent the possibility of spillage when carrying, the box is provided with lids bent away from the side walls, fitted with valves inserted through the handle windows into the gap between the walls of the central partition. The spillage from the bottom is eliminated due to the deflection of the middle of the end walls of the container inside the package, which results in an overlap of gaps in

the form of a slit along the lateral edges of the bottom in the place of their contact with the end walls.

Convenience of carrying the material by the consumer is ensured by the presence of handles in the design, for the purpose of functional reliability of which their thickness is increased due to the double wall. The handle has a window cut for grip. A well-designed bath box has a narrow body diameter and a long longitudinal section.

The use of the box as a return one is possible provided that the production technology is changed, i.e. application

The proposed box (FIG. 3) is made of a flat cardboard blank in the form of a strip. It consists of a vertical partition 1, dividing the box into two sections, with a handle at the top, bottom 2, side walls 3 adjacent to the bottom 2, end walls 4 having slots extending obliquely from the bottom corners of the box where the tongue 5 of the end valve (figure 2), two large end walls 6.
