Abstract

The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular, to technical means for drilling and operating wells at sea and developing offshore oil and gas fields in shallow waters. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and reduce the complexity of its manufacture. The floating platform contains a pontoon 1 with a shaft and a turret 2 accommodated therein for passing a drill string 3 movably connected to the pontoon of a floating platform with a gimbal suspension with the possibility of vertical movement of this pontoon relative to the turret. The use of a gimbal allows to simplify the design of the connection between the platform pontoon and the turret and reduce the labor intensity of its manufacture. 5 il.

The invention relates to shipbuilding, mainly to floating equipment for drilling and operating wells and developing offshore oil and gas fields in shallow waters.

A drilling ship is known which contains a central rotating platform, a turret. The turret has a central bore for the passage of the drilling tool, and a core positioning system is attached to it.

The disadvantage of such a drilling vessel is the impossibility of providing in the shallow waters with a crusting positioning system the allowable movements of the vessel relative to the wellhead.

It is also known to have a drilling vessel containing a shaft, one hundred to pass a drill string, equipped with a crust retention system, and a platform with drilling equipment pivotally connected with the hull of the vessel and a vertical compensator. The hinge connection of the stand with the hull of the vessel is made in the form of a spherical chamber located in the shaft, and a spherical compartment placed in the specified chamber with a gap. The compartment is equipped with an automatic system for regulating this gap.

In the spherical compartment there is a cylindrical well, in which a pontoon is placed with the possibility of its vertical movement. The pontoon is equipped with a ballasting system and is rigidly connected to the platform.

The disadvantage of this prototype is the complexity of the design of the hinge and the compensator of vertical displacements and the greater complexity of their manufacture.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the construction and reduce the laboriousness of manufacturing the articulation and vertical movement of the vessel relative to the turret (one hundred feet).

The goal is achieved by the fact that the hinged connection of the floating platform pontoon with the turret is made in the form of a gimbal. The vertical free movement of the platform pontoon is achieved due to the diametral gap between the inner hub of the gimbal and the turret.
