Description
The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the fastening of the soil in the paving of roads and airfields.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the coating and reduce the duration of the process.
The method of fixing the soil for pavement includes pre-compaction of the mixture of soil, mineral in the binder and water, laying a layer of hygroscopic material on the mixture, impregnating it with water and re-compaction while heating the layer of hygroscopic material to a temperature of 100-120 ° C. In this case, compaction is carried out for 50-90 minutes. Additionally, in order to shorten the process time by shortening the re-compaction time
Do2L-45min before laying the layer of hygroscopic material, the mixture can be treated with aqueous solutions of salts of electrolytes or additives of surface-active substances of the anionic or non-ionic type.
После окончани уплотнени слой гигроскопического материала перекладывают на следующий участок покрыти .After the completion of compaction, the layer of hygroscopic material is transferred to the next area of the coating.
ONExample. The lightweight, dusty loam intended for reinforcement is crushed and mixed with 10% M400 Portland cement, an optimal amount of water (16%) and compacted under a pressure of 15 MPa. Then the surface of the layer is covered with a hygroscopic material, in which quality the Dornit nonwoven fabric is used. After water saturation of the hygroscopic material with water, with ON

2a sealing pressure of 15.0 MP is laid, at the same time, the moist hygroscopic material is heated to a temperature of intensive vaporization, which is 100-110 ° C under normal atmospheric pressure. Re-compaction takes place within 50-90 minutes. To shorten the re-compaction time with warming before the "hygroscopic mating" by the surface of the beams, they are treated with aqueous solutions of salts (CaCIa, N32804), or alkalis (NaOH, water glass), or anionic (PSB, SDB) or non-ionic (OP-7, glycerol tar) by addition of surfactants - in the amount of 0.1–0.4 kg / m2.0.1-0.2 kg / m2 and 0.0002-0.001 –kg / m2, respectively
According to the results of comparative tests, the abrasion of the samples obtained by the proposed method is 3–10 times lower than that of a known object. Indicators of strength and frost resistance are also several times higher than those of a well-known object.
Low abrasion, high strength and frost resistance of the coating arranged by the proposed method allows to increase its service life and thereby reduce the cost of operating costs. This is achieved due to the fact that at high pressure and temperature, the interaction of amorphous silica present in soils with clinker minerals occurs. As a result, on the surface of the fortified soil
Термоупрочнен- ный слой на поверхности покрыти исключает уход за готовым покрытием из грунтов, укрепленных минеральными в жущими.a layer with a thickness of 1.5-2.0 cm is formed, which has high surface strength and wear resistance. The thermally hardened layer on the surface of the coating excludes the care of the finished coating of soils reinforced with mineral in the soil.
Surface treatment of the mixture with the proposed substances accelerates the hardening of the mineral binder.
Закрепление грунта по предлагаемому способу может также осуществл тьс нефелиновыми (бокситовыми) шламами, шлаками , шлакощелочными и тому подобными медленнотвердеющими в жущими материалами .The fastening of the soil according to the proposed method can also be carried out by nepheline (bauxite) sludge, slag, slag alkaline, and the like, which are slow-hardening in tacking materials.
