Measuring transient works as follows.
The generator 1 generates a periodic sequence of video pulses (Fig. 2a), which through a splitter 2 are fed to the input bus 11 of the object under study, to the generator 6 and to the first input of the imaging unit 5. The output voltage of the object under study passes through the output bus 12 to the first input of element 3 comparison, the second input of which receives the threshold voltage level from block 4 (Fig. 26), at which the time of completion of the transient process is recorded. The leading edge of the pulse from the output of the comparison element 3 in the former 5 is formed by the rear
2г) поступаютfront of the output pulse (Fig. 2d), the duration of which unambiguously determines the time of the transition process in the object under study. These pulses (Fig. 2d) are received
7.to the control input of the electronic key 8. The reference sequence of video pulses from the generator 1 through the splitter 2 is fed to the strobe pulse generator 6, on the leading edge of the reference sequence (Fig. 2a) the generator 6 generates a short pulse (Fig. 2e). These short pulses are fed to the input of a controlled delay element 7, which ensures their delay by time n Dt, where n is the number of counting pulses received by the input of element 7 from generator 9, and LT is the unit discrete delay time of element 7.
The control of the delay element 7 is carried out with the aid of a generator of 9 counting pulses, which operates in the standby multivibrator mode, i.e. if a pulse arrives at the input of the generator 9 from the output of the key 8, the generator 9 generates a counting pulse, which is fed to the control input of the controllable delay element 7 and the display unit 10.
7Shifted short pulses of the generator 6 for the time n Dg after element 7
2з).delays arrive at the input of the key 8, whose operation is controlled by pulses from the output of the driver 5, which open it for a time equal to the duration of the transient process (Fig. 2d). Short pulses pass through key 8 if the delay time n Dg is shorter than the duration of the transient process and is fed to the input of the generator 9 (Fig. 2h).
With a short pulse
генератор 9 вырабатывает счетный импульс, который поступает на управл ющий вход элемента 7 задержки и на блок 10 индикации .The generator 9 generates a counting pulse, which is fed to the control input of the delay element 7 and to the display unit 10.
An increase in the delay time of the strobe pulses occurs until the next short pulse is delayed by a time n Dg longer than the duration of the transient process, which is detected by the absence of a pulse at the output of the electronic pulse.
By knowing the discreteness of the delay time Dt of the controlled delay element 7 and the number of counting pulses n received at the input of the display unit 10, it is possible to unambiguously determine the transition time
