Устройство дл креплени полиэтиленовых мешков содержит переносной элемент в виде ручки и фиксирующую рамку, котора состоит из сопр гающихс наружного и внутреннего колец. На внутренней части наружного кольца выполнен выступ, а на наружной части внутреннего кольца - соответствующа ему впадина. Выступ и впадина образованы двум пересекающимис фасками - верхней и нижней.
