Abstract
Изобретение относитс к разделению материалов по морфологическому составу с выделением органических, бумажно-пленочных и баластных материалов и металлолома. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности установки и качества очистки компоста. Под ленточным транспортером (ЛТ) 1 расположены узлы 2 дроблени , отделени металлических включений в виде электромагнита 3 и отвода 4 легкой фракции с пневмоотсасывающим патрубком 5, имеющим два сопла 6 и 7, между которыми расположен ворошитель 10. На сходе с ЛТ 1 установлен узел 12 механической сортировки, заключенный в корпус (К) 13 и выполненный в виде роторного метател 16 и двух шарнирно установленных перпендикул рно друг другу отражательных пластин (П) 17 и 18, закрепленных соответственно на боковой и верхней стенках К 13. В нижней части К 13 выполнена течка 15 дл вывода очищенного компоста. В боковой стенке К 13 выполнена течка 14 дл вывода балластной фракции в виде двух охватывающих ЛТ 1 патрубков, установленных с возможностью подачи балластной фракции на нижнюю ветвь ЛТ 1. Сопла 6 и 7 осуществл ют послойную очистку компоста, а ворошитель 10 между ними производит механическое перемешивание компоста, периодически извлека пленку из глубины сло на поверхность компоста. Очищенный от пленки и бумаги компост сбрасываетс на метатель 16, который бросает порции компоста на П 17.
