Abstract
The invention relates to gas-shielded arc welding and can be used mainly for welding with a non-consumable arc submerged arc of structures of a wide range of thicknesses of aluminum and magnesium alloys used in various engineering fields. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the weld and the expansion of technological capabilities. Arc welding with a submerged arc with a non-consumable electrode is conducted in a medium with gels with argon ring protection. Before welding, the butt end of the welding torch is preheated to a temperature of 0.7-0.8 melting point of the material being welded and maintain the set temperature during the welding process.
Description
Изобретение относитс к дуговой сварке в среде защитных газов и может быть использовано преимущественно дл сварки неплав щимс электродом погру7 женной дугой конструкций широкого диапазона толщин из алюминиевых и магниевых сплавов, используеьтых в различных област х машиностроени .The invention relates to gas-shielded arc welding and can be used mainly for welding with a non-consumable electrode with a submerged arc of structures of a wide range of thicknesses of aluminum and magnesium alloys used in various engineering fields.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the weld and the expansion of technological capabilities.
The method is carried out as follows.
Arc welding neplav w; ids electrode lead in a medium gels with annular protection with argon and at the same end
Before welding, the nozzles of the welding torch are preheated by an additional heating device installed on the nozzle body and by emitting a non-immersed welding arc to a temperature of 0.7-0.8 melting point of the material being welded.
Studies have shown that for aluminum-magnesium alloys to prevent sticking of the easily evaporated components of the alloyed alloys, it is sufficient to heat it to 300-400 ° C at the end of the burner nozzle, which is 0.7-0.8 melting points of these alloys. Heating is carried out for 15–20 s.

This ensures that the evaporation components do not adhere to the evaporator during the welding process at the end of the weld. Heating above the temperature O ,, 8 of the melting temperature of the material being welded is impractical due to tO in that the quality of the weld is not changed. The absence of oxides of easily degraded components of the alloy on the trade of the nozzle of the welding torch prevents the cost of filler wire

The application of the method allows reducing the angular deformations by a factor of 2-3 to eliminate the subsequent editing of the product to reduce erosion of the electrode, which leads to a decrease in the level of tungsten inclusions in the weld, to ensure more thorough destruction and to remove oxide films of the joint of parts.
