The method is carried out as follows.
The auricle is pressed to the surface of the head to the desired position and the contours of the reconstituted anti-contraction are marked with paint (Fig. 1). The anesthetic solution infiltrates the entire inner surface of the auricle, the puncture of the Cr and the outer surface of it. An S-shaped incision is made on the inner surface of the EAR shell, retreating 1.5–2 cm from the curl edge, simultaneously excising a crescent-shaped skin area 0.3-0.5 cm wide in the middle and lower sections of the incision. Blunt-pointed scissors mobilize the skin of the inner surface of the auricle to the edge of the curl and to the ear furrow. A thorough hemostasis is performed by diamocoagulation. From the outer surface to the inner one, injection needle needles are inserted through the points shown in FIG. 3. Point 1 marks the top of the upper knife, I anti-wound, 2 - lateral

6.border of the widest part of the contraction, 3 — lateral border of the caudal section of the protivozavitka, 4 — bottom edge of the prodoptosa, 5 — medial border of the caudal department of the protivazavita, 6 — medial border of the widest part of the anti-winder, 7 — top of the lower leg of the anti-coil, 8 - top of the triangular mki. Then cuts are made (the cartilage of the auricle, as shown in ia of Fig. 5. The cuts through the cartilage of the auricle | (in Figs. 4 and 5 are indicated by a solid line) are made along the lines AD through points 1–4, DC through points 4 -7, as well as along the lines AB through points 1-8 and CB through points 7-8. Additionally, cuts are made cartilage to the outside of the auricle (fig. 4 and 5 are indicated by the dotted line) along lines HV , CG and DC. Fig. 4 shows a projection of the cartilage incisions on the external surface of the auricle and the projection of its lower edge, which is labeled The prisoner's edge in the cuts AD and CD of the cartilage area is mobilized to enable Continuous mattressing | "This suture is applied so that the cartilage sections of the ADC and CDC in the tail section of the anti-wrap and the DCG and DCG areas in the lower leg area adjoin The inner surface to each other, and in the middle part of the anti-wrap and in the area of the upper leg, it formed a groove. A view of the cartilage of the shell after being sutured with a continuous mattress suture from the inner surface is shown in FIG. 6

1 day a thin rubber graduate is left and, in addition, gauze rollers soaked in sterile petroleum jelly are placed in the region of the recess, triangular weave, scaphoid sulcus and on the inner surface of the auricle along the incision line. A tight aseptic band is placed over the rollers.
Таким образом, предлагаемый способ позвол ет предупредить нарушение кровообращени благодар проведению фигурных сквозных разрезов ушной раковины .Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to prevent circulatory disorders due to conduction of figured through cuts of the auricle.
