Description
The invention relates to fire fighting equipment, namely, to extinguish fires using two fire extinguishing components: a liquid, for example, freon, and an inert gas, for example nitrogen.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of functional capabilities due to the uninterrupted release of dispersed extinguishing liquid at any positions of the cylinder.
3.FIG. 1 shows a fire extinguisher with the upper position of the distribution block, a section; in fig. 2 — node I in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - fire extinguisher with the lower position of the distribution unit, the cut; in fig. 4 — node II in FIG. 3
The fire extinguisher contains a cylinder 1 with extinguishing liquid 2, a distribution unit 3, an outlet fitting 4 with a sprayer 5, a siphon tube 6, in the wall of which holes 7 are made, a valve 8 and an emphasis 9. The valve 8 is coaxially mounted on the siphon tube 6 with the possibility of axial movement along It also forms a gap 10 with the outer surface of this tube.
The fire extinguisher works as follows.
1In the absence of a cylinder fire 1
огнетушител сохран етс огнетушаща жидкость 2 под давлением сжатого газа .fire extinguisher, fire extinguishing fluid 2 is kept under pressure of compressed gas.
6.When placing the fire extinguisher distribution unit 3 upward, the valve 8 under its own weight lowers and closes the openings 7 of the siphon tube 6.

Одновременно через зазор 10 и отверсти 7 под действием гидродинамического перепада давлений в полость сифонной трубки 6 поступает сжатый газ, которьй при выходе из рас пылител при своем расширении интенсивно диспергирует жидкость с образованием высокодисперсного аэрозол .with the spray gun 5, the result of which, under the action of an overpressure of the compressed gas, the fire-extinguishing liquid 2 is fed through a siphon tube 6 to extinguish a fire. At the same time, compressed gas flows into the cavity of the siphon tube 6 through the gap 10 and the hole 7 under the action of a hydrodynamic pressure drop, which, when it leaves the sprayer, expands the liquid and intensively disperses it to form a highly dispersed aerosol.
сифонной трубки 6 и клапаном 8 сведен к минимуму дл обеспечени перемещени клапана 8 и более интенсивного перемешивани жидкой фазы огне- тушащего состава с газовой средой и образовани высокодисперсного аэрозб- л .The gap 10 between the outer surface of the siphon tube 6 and the valve 8 is minimized to ensure the movement of the valve 8 and more intensive mixing of the liquid phase of the extinguishing agent with the gaseous medium and the formation of a highly dispersed aerosol.
When the fire extinguisher is placed by the distribution unit 3, the valve 8 under its own weight moves and releases the holes 7 of the siphon tube 6. The ratios of the holes 7 above the valve 8 and at the end of the siphon tube 6 create different resistances of the outflow of the fire extinguishing fluid.
После истечени огнетушащей жидкости 2 из сифонной трубки 6 происходит дополнительное перемешивание жидкой фазы с газовой средой внутри указанной трубки 6 до выхода из огнетушител в виде высокодисперсного аэрозол .At Tsyozhar, the distribution block-3 is turned on with the outlet fitting 4 with the sprayer 5, under the action of the overpressure of the compressed gas the fire extinguishing fluid 2 is supplied through the openings 7 above the valve 8 and through the remainder of the fire extinguishing fluid 2 inside the siphon tube 6 at different speeds. After the expiration of the fire extinguishing liquid 2 from the siphon tube 6, the additional mixing of the liquid phase with the gaseous medium inside the specified tube 6 occurs before leaving the fire extinguisher in the form of a highly dispersed aerosol.
