The container 1 is provided with an outside chamber 9 for the components of the nutrient medium, and the shaft 5 is hollow and communicated with the chamber 9 by a channel 10, the shaft 5 having holes along the entire length of the wall for distributing the components of the nutrient medium in the gaps 8.
