Abstract
The invention relates to mining. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of moisture saturation when the degree of influence of moisture saturation of samples on their properties. Rock samples are pre-dried at 105-110 ° C to constant weight. Then they are placed in the mold and vacuum under a residual pressure of 2.10 -4 MPa. The saturating liquid is also pre-degassed by evacuation and fed to the crystallizer at a height of 1 cm from the base of the samples in order to create capillary impregnation conditions. An alkaline medium with a pH of at least 9 is used as the saturating fluid. The liquid level is increased stepwise to a height exceeding the height of the samples by 1 cm. Next, the samples are saturated in the crystallizer at atmospheric pressure. After the maximum moisture capacity is stabilized in time, the samples are removed from the crystallizer and dried under normal conditions until the residual moisture capacity is stabilized in time. Then the saturation-drying cycles are repeated many times. 2 Il.

An alkaline medium obtained by adding 0505% NaCl to distilled water is used as the scavenging liquid. 1 (the measured pH value of the resulting ounce medium is 9.8,. The choice of 1 pH is due to the fact that the maximum humidity of the sand 1 samples filled with this liquid, Fig.2) is close to 2 , 3%, which is almost i, 5 times higher than the similar indicator when sandstone is neutral with 1 st medium and 30–40% higher than the value of the maximum capacity for saturation of sandstone with any other liquid

After the evacuation time of the samples has elapsed, a saturated liquid is fed to the mold to a height of 1 cm from the base of the samples in order to create conditions for capillary impregnation. Then, as the level of capillary impregnation increases, the level of saturating liquid is raised in steps for 1 hour. But at the end of the capillary impregnation, the liquid level is raised to a height of cm above the surface of the samples and waved out for 0.5 h until the end of the intense evolution of gas bubbles. Next, the samples are saturated in the crystallizer at atmospheric pressure for 2.5 hours. After stabilization in time of the maximum moisture capacity W, (Fig. 1) samples
