Воду сливают и фильтруют.water for 15-30 minutes at a current density of 0.01-0.10 A / cm and a current concentration of 5-25 A / l. Then water is supplied to the anode chamber of the same electrolyzer and the process is carried out at the indicated density and current concentration. Water is drained and filtered.
Testing the effectiveness of the method in comparison with the known was carried out on the example of wastewater treatment tire production. These waste waters contain a mixture of equal amounts of SKD-1 and BMVP-10X, as well as rubber crumb and soluble organic impurities - resorcin, formaldehyde, divinyl, sulfonol NP-3 and 2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine (2, 5-MVP). The content of soluble organic substances before and after purification was estimated by chemical oxygen consumption (COD, mgO / l), and 2,5-MVP was measured spectrophotometrically.
Synthetic latexes were coagulated, dried with sulfuric acid, filtered, and the filtrate with soluble organic impurities was purified by known and these methods. In the treated sewage water, the COD was 9500 mgO / l, and the content of 2.5-FFP - 26 mg / l.
B1 of the filtrate was added sodium chloride in an amount of 100 mg / l. Then, the filtrate prepared in this way was placed in the anode chamber (1 liter in volume) of the diaphragm electrolyzer and electrolysis was performed at a current density of 0.12 A / cm and voltage on the electrodes 5 V for 6 hours COD) decreased to 230 mgO / l, and the content of 2.5-MPV to 23 mg / l. At the same time, power consumption amounted to 3.5 103 kW / h.
Example 2. Prepared as in example 1, the filtrate was placed in the anode chamber of the diaphragm electrolyzer. The graphite anode was preliminarily treated with concentrated (1.98 kg / m) sulfuric acid for 2 hours. Electrolysis was carried out at a current density of 0.009-0.120 A / cm until the graphite consumption reached 50, 100, 200, 300, and 350 mg / l for 30 min At the same time, the power consumption reached 12-330 kWh / m. The content of organic substances by COD decreased to 9000-60 mgO / l, and 2.5-MVP - to 25-15 mg / l. The results of the experiments.

1.described in examples 1 and 2, are presented in table.1.
Кроме того , данные таблицы свидетельствуют о неудовлетворительном эффекте очистки воды от 2,5-МВП, что обусловлено высокой стойкостью этого соединени .Comparison and analysis of the data of experiments according to examples 1 and 2 show that the treatment of waste water in the anode chamber without prior processing of the graphite anode with concentrated sulfuric acid is ineffective. The cleaning effect is higher with pre-treated graphite. The effect is very low with a graphite consumption of 50 mg / l and then increases with increasing graphite consumption. As can be seen from the table, the optimal graphite consumption is within 100-300 mg / l while reducing the processing time from 6 to 0.5 An increase in the flow rate of 1; raffit above 300 mg / l does not practically lead to an increase in the cleaning effect, however, a rapid destruction of the anode is observed. The cleaning cleaning effect is satisfactory in the current density range of 0.01–0.10 A / cm and a current concentration of 5–50 A / l. In addition, the data in the table indicate an unsatisfactory effect of water purification from 2,5-FP, which is due to the high resistance of this compound.
Example 3. The water obtained after coagulation and separated 1} of latex was placed in the cathode chamber of a diaphragm electrolyzer and processed for 15 minutes at a current density of 0.05 A / cm and a current concentration of 25 A / l. Then this water was placed in the anode chamber of the electrolyzer and processed there also at the indicated parameters. The graphite anode was pretreated with concentrated sulfuric acid with a density of 1.98 kg / m for 2 h.
1.The cleaning results are given in table. one.
2,.As can be seen from the data of Table 1, the most effective purification of water from organic impurities, including pyridine bases, is achieved by conducting the process according to the proposed method. At the same time, there is a significantly higher cleaning effect on COD and almost 100% cleaning effect of 2 ,.
2.Example 4. Waste water was cleaned, containing a mixture of equal quantities of SKD-1, BMVP-10X and orG | anicic impurities with an initial HIH value of 9000 mgO / l and a concentration of 2.5-MBII-25 mg / l in the current density range of 0.009 -0.15 A / cm (current concentrations of 4.5-75 A / l) and the prototype or current density of 0.1-A / cm (current concentrations of 60 A / l). The data are given in table 2.
As can be seen from Table 2, with the same graphite consumption (300 mg / l), achieved by varying the duration of electrical treatment, with increasing density and current concentration above 0.10 A / cm and 50 A / l, respectively, a sharp increase in the power consumption for cleaning is observed, which is associated with an increase in voltage on the electrodes and with the achievement at current density of 0.10 A / cm and current concentration of 50 A / l of the maximum rate of destruction of graphite.
Indeed, in the range of current density of 0.10-0.15 A / cm. the duration of electrotreatment to achieve a graphite concentration of 300 mg / is almost the same,
In addition, with current parameters exceeding the maximum values stated in the formula, the COD value in the purified water increases, as well as the concentration of 2.5-IMP. This can be explained by the fact that, at elevated current parameters, graphite is chipped in the form of particles that have much larger sizes than at current parameters in the gated region. The chipping of larger particles of graphite (with the same concentration of graphite in the purified liquid) leads to a sharp decrease in its sorption capacity, which reduces the quality of the water being purified.
Thus, from the presented examples, it can be seen that the current density is 0.10 A / cm and the current concentration of 50 A / l as claimed in the claims.
как верхний предел токовых параметров , вл ютс в то же врем верхним пределом оптимальности этих параметров .as the upper limit of the current parameters, are at the same time the upper limit of optimality of these parameters.
As for the optimality of the lower limit of the current parameters (current density 0.01 current concentration 4.5 A / l), it
также следует из данных таблицы: при уменьшении плотности тока до 0,009 А/см и концентрации тока до 4,5 А/л при удовлетворительном качестве очищенной воды наблюдаетс резкий рост расхода электроэнергииalso follows from the data in the table: when the current density decreases to 0.009 A / cm and the current concentration to 4.5 A / l with a satisfactory quality of purified water, a sharp increase in power consumption is observed
Это объ сн етс снижением скорости растворени (выкрашивани ) графита, а значит, значительным увеличением времени электрообработки - до 270 мин.(up to 50.6 kWh / m), despite the low resistance in this case on the electrodes. This is due to the decrease in the rate of dissolution (chipping) of graphite, and therefore, a significant increase in the time of electrical treatment - up to 270 minutes.
