Abstract
Изобретение относитс к строительным материалам, а именно к устройствам дл обжига сыпучих материалов в кип щем слое. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности печи, снижение тепловых потерь и исключение загр знени материала. Дл этого печь разделена перфорированными перегородками 1, 2, 3, 4 из кварцевого стекла на камеры 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. В камерах 6, 7, 8 происходит сушка, обжиг и охлаждение материала. Камеры 9 и 5 предназначены дл подвода и отвода воздуха. По торцу перегородок выполнены разгрузочные каналы 11, 12, 13, 14, в которых установлены перегрузочные клинь 15, 16, 17, 18. Нагревательные устройства 19 выполнены в виде пластин из кварцевого стекла, установлены на боковых стенах камеры 7 и подсоединены к генератору тока высокой частоты. 2 ил.The invention relates to construction materials, namely, devices for burning loose materials in a fluidized bed.
