FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a pulp and paper industry.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the paper.
Добавка может быть введена на любой стадии производства в количестве О,00125- 5,0% от массы абсолютно сухой целлюлозы .The essence of the invention lies in the fact that according to the method, including the dissolution and grinding of cellulose, the introduction of a chemical additive, reflux, pressing and paper web substance, dibutyl phthalate is used as a chemical additive. The additive can be introduced at any stage of production in the amount of 0, 00–125– 5.0% by weight of absolutely dry pulp.
Spos O is carried out as follows.
Электроизол ционную целлюлозу марки Э-2 распускают в гидроразбивате- ле в обессоленной воде при концент .Electroinsulating cellulose of the brand E-2 is dissolved in the pulper in demineralized water at a concentration of
Дибутилфталат в количе- честве 0,00125-5% от массы абсолютно сухого волокна ввод т в процессе роспуска целлюлозы или бумажное полотно после сушки окунают в водный раствор дибутилфталата и высушивают.the radio sets are 2.5% and are ground in a disk mill to a degree of grinding of 96.5 SR and a fiber length of 37 dg. The ground fibrous suspension is diluted with saline water to a concentration of 0.25%, the paper web is cast, pressed and dried. Dibutyl phthalate in the amount of 0.00125-5% by weight of absolutely dry fiber is introduced during the process of pulp dissolution or the paper web is dipped in an aqueous solution of dibutyl phthalate after drying and dried.
Examples of the implementation of the method and the qualitative characteristics of the paper obtained are given in the table,
4A comparative analysis of the data presented in the table shows that electrical insulation paper made from cellulose with ot-cellulose content of 88-89% (grade E-2) from up to 4

The dibutyl phthalate, which is introduced at the stage of pulp sludge sludge into a paper web, is characterized by higher values of electrical and mechanical strength, due to the dielectric constant compared to paper without an additive. In the prototype on this type of cellulose, the increase in electric strength is 8% against 11-44% by the proposed method.
In addition, the paper obtained by introducing dibutyl phthalate into the finished dry web is characterized by a higher density.
Повышение электрической прочности достигаетс при количествах вводимой добавки дибутилфталата начина с 0,00025 мас.% от абсолютно сухой целлюлозы .An increase in the electrical strength is achieved when the amounts of the dibutyl phthalate supplement injected start from 0.00025 wt.% Of completely dry cellulose.
Добавка дибутилфталата положительно вли ет на показатель диэлектрческой проницаемости, значительно повьпиа его при введении в сухое го- The addition of dibutyl phthalate has a positive effect on the dielectric permittivity, which significantly increases when it is introduced into the dry heat.
This sheet begins with a solution concentration of 0.001 wt.%.
The addition of dibutyl phthalate does not impair the value of the dielectric loss tangent.
