The purpose of the invention is to improve the mechanical properties, heat resistance and wear resistance.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. In sand-clay molds were cast steel samples with a diameter of 40 mm and a height of 200 mm. Samples were cut out of these samples to determine the chemical composition of the steel, the mechanical properties, the heat resistance and the wear resistance.
1.Chemical compositions of known and proposed steel are given in table. one.
FP-100.The tensile strength and elongation were determined in the tensile test for specimens with a diameter of 5 mm (type Ш № 7) on the FP-100 test machine 5.
Hardness was determined on samples with a thickness of 15 mm, cut from the middle part of the samples, on a TSH-2 hardness tester with a 5 mm diameter gary with a load of 750 kgf.
Heat resistance was determined from the weight loss of cylindrical specimens at 1200 ° C for 100 hours.
