Abstract

This invention relates to diagnostic equipment. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and to make it possible to measure both the dynamic and the static component. The sensor includes a housing 1, a stem 2, a cover 3, a spring 4, a piezoelectric element 5 with a pilot 6, and a rod position lock in the form of a locking screw 7. A sensor with an unscrewed locking screw 7 is mounted on the artery under study. Under the action of the spring, the rod 2 with the pilot 6 presses against the artery. Then the position of the rod 2 is fixed and measurements are taken from the same initial operating point of the piezoelectric element. 1 il.

Description

The invention relates to medical technology and can be used for pulse diagnosis.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and make it possible to measure both dynamic and static components of it.

The drawing shows the pulse sensor in the section.

In the housing 1, a rod 2 is mounted, which can be moved in the opening of the housing cover 3. The rod 2 is provided with a spring 4. On the rod 2 a piezoelectric element 5 with a pilot 6 is mounted. In the housing cover 3 there is a rod position lock, made in the form of a locking screw 7.

The pulse sensor works as follows.

The sensor is mounted on the artery under study so that housing 1 on the side of fleet 6 creates the necessary artery clamping. In this case, the reaction force of the patient’s body is completely perceived by the housing 1.

one

The rod 2 with the piezoelectric element 5 and the pilot 6, under the action of the spring 4, is pressed against the artery to perceive the pulse. In this case, the force acting on the pressure part is determined only by the rigidity of the spring 4. After installing the sensor, the rod 2 is locked by a screw 7, after which the pulse is measured.

The mechanical oscillations of the pelota 6 with ,, pulsations of the arteries are perceived and converted by the piezoelectric element 5 into an electrical signal, which is recorded by the recording equipment.

The invention provides reliable measurement of the pulse while simultaneously clamping the artery 15 with a sensor by eliminating the effect of the patient's reaction force on the piezoelectric element.
