Description

Известны приборы дл  определени  волнистости желобов подшипниковых колец, состо щие из корпуса, снабженного цангой дл  зажима и вращени  кольца, и индуктивного датчика с ощупывающей иглой. Однако точность их измерени  низка из-за вли ни  на результаты измерени  ногрешностей, вызываемых установкой кольца и неточност ми его изготовлени . Предлагаемый прибор отличаетс  тем, что датчик снабжен стойкой, на которой расположены три взаимноподпружиненные полусферические опоры, самоцентрирующие датчик по поверхности желоба кольца. Это позвол ет значительно повысить точпость измерени  и устранить вли ние погрещностей, св занных с установкой кольца и неточност .ми его изготовлени . На чертеже изображен общий внд нредлагаемого прибора. Дл  определени  волнистости желоба подшипникового кольца / оно крепитс  в цанговом патроне 2 кулачками 3, которые перемещаютс  к центру щариками 4 при навинчивании гайки 5 на втулку 6. Цанговый патрон вращаетс  от электродвигател  7 через ременную передачу 8. на которой размещены трн взаимно-подпружиненные полусферические опоры 11. В одной из полусферических опор устаповлена ощупывающа  игла 12, перемещающа с  нерпендикул рно к контролируемой новерхности желоба кольца. При такой конструкции опор измерительна  головка имеет опорную поверхность, аналогичную поверхности желоба кольца с радиусами , равными минимальным размерам желоба с учетом допуска на его изготовление. Перемещени  ощупывающей иглы 12 фиксируютс  индуктивным датчиком Я сигнал с которого через усилитель подаетс  на регистрирующий прибор, например, осциллограф.
